After the longest restricted free agency Saga in recent team history came to an End Jonathan Kuminga is back with the Warriors. And he brought some friends with him!
No matter how many times people will call this team the Olden State Warriors, the fact that the main starting lineup of Steph, Jimmy, Draymond and Al Horford remains dangerous when they're healthy! And outside of them, we still got some great rotational players that can step up when we need them to! As long as GS doesn't get riddled with injuries, I can see them being a playoff team, and can definitely stand against the top teams of the West, especially OKC.
The margin for error is super thin. Play with lineups too much, and you'll be fighting to stay in the play-in. Run the old guys too much, you might miss the play-in altogether. It's not stated enough how much Kerr has to lock in. He has to coach now more than ever.
Contract is designed to be traded and if anything even remotely appealing comes along JK will be gone once January comes around. I don't see any world in which JK suddenly starts playing exactly the way Kerr wants him to or where JK suddenly plays so well he forces Kerr to start and feature him heavily. Either he gets very few minutes at all and they bank on the mystique of his potential and tradeable contract to get back some assets or they deliberately feature him a lot to try and juice his stats and trade value. Kerr has made it abundantly clear what he thinks of JK's game and his role on the team and Kerr's son was just promoted into the coaching staff from Santa Cruz. Team is great in theory and on paper but man are they ever old and injury prone. The chances of a making the playoffs seems slim to me given the chances for injury and the likelyhood of having everyone available and playing well and with chemistry come April and May.
Due to the media and his playing time I dont think many know just how good JK is and can be. Right mindset he has the tools to be the best guy in the league.
if kerr could could find the chemistry he could play 4 different starters line up for every quarter and does not sub out but could still win everygame.
Not to old to still win and the bulls did it and the spurs etc Kerr knows what he is doing we have a great team with a great bench we are back warriors come out to play π―

Tbh JK should get rid of Aaron Turner lol
Look what he did to Oladipo before
And then⦠Aaron Turner just helped JK to gain 0.8M for his contract after months of negotiations
MDJ is amazing.
Yes, Wiggins and Seth.

Trashminga is a really nice guy but he'll never be smart.

Start Moody until Melton is cleared to play. Lets see how it goes and if it dont work just start Podz until Melton ready. Maybe even Buddy
Trade Podz we donβt need him
I'm sure the oldest lineup in the history of the NBA won't get injured… What could go wrong… πππ
8th-9th seed. Thats the best result
I'm ready for Jk to ball out and make everyone that tried to crucify him get teary eyed when he proves them wrong
You have too stay practice dribbling the ball because practice makes you perfect in traffic
It's gonna be 6 years 250 million dollars deal when you show the warriors what you can do!!!
Welcome back JK!? Letβs get number 5 baby!!
Swish cultures is a delusional Warriors fan?! Lmao, tHe WaRrIoRs ArE bAcK! ππππ
