March 20, 1998 – The quick assumption here is that since this voice is clearly not Mason, then it must be Ken Calvert. Not the case. The voice of the 1997-98 Pistons was none other than Jack Zagrodzki, who was a producer of Palace broadcasting in the mid- to late ’90s (primarily with the Pistons, the now-defunct Detroit Vipers, and Detroit Shock).
