For the first time in years the Brooklyn Nets are finally committed to a rebuild, and after drafting a surplus of raw, but talented young guards, their future rides on a pretty risky gamble.

LEGEND
I lowkey think that they can be in the play in
Knicks video tomorrow
I felt safe watching this, thank you for the vibe.
WAS LOWKEY HOPING FOR A NETS VIDEO👀DEMIN IS A SLEEPER PICK FR💪🏾
Hoping to see a spurs video with their new additions and roster fit situation
You forgot about Drake Powell. He profiles to be a top 3nD wing because of his athleticism & also if his shooting becomes consistent.
Imagine MPJ as your team's vet. All the rookies will be set astray with no guidance.
Hoop Venue, what are your thoughts on Drake Powell? You forgot to talk about him in your video.
I’m not familiar with the nets development process. Are they known to develop their young players?
I try to follow the NBA but you can't keep up with every team. Somehow I had no idea that Cam Thomas missed so much time last year. I guess that's a part of why he's had a hard time getting signed. Obviously the main reason is he's a shot chucker. Still you got to have some offense on the team and it's not like you're competing for championships.

Danny wolf…
Props to you for pronouncing Demin correctly, most of the creators I've seen on YouTube haven't put in the time to do so
I know you’re not a betting account, but you should do win total predictions for each team with justifications for each team. Love the content brotha hyped for the season
Absolutely loving these previews brother
How u gone leave out drake powell
NETS MENTIONED!
Denim, Thomas, Porter, Timme and claxton
Drew timme will be the star of this team
I'm trying to imagine what the Suns or the Nets would look like this season if they held on to the Kevin Durant trade assets. The Suns would have both Cam's, Mikhail Bridges, and if they held on to Ayton, would have a nice squad to surround Booker with. If the Nets had both Cams, and Bridges, and Held on to Russell, they would have a solid squad. It looks like the Nets have finally figured out that they need to lose hard for a few years. The Suns…..they are still clueless.
A Nets video! Hooray! I got some things to say…
One, iirc, we waived Keon Johnson recently, sooo, that’s one less wing lol. Shame, kinda liked him, though he wasn’t that efficient so it’s understandable.
While Demin’s shooting is still in “wait to be seen” progress, I would like to point out he shot 43.5% from three in his summer league games, and he took a LOT of them. 23 out of his 27 shots were from three. Although weirdly, he struggled with the whole playmaking thing. Had a negative AST-TO ratio. Also, news recently broke that he suffered a plantar fascia tear after Summer League, so, might have a slow start to the season… I will say though, personality wise, he seems like a student of the game, and those types, more often than not, end up developing pretty well, so I have high hopes for Egor.
Drake Powell was COMPLETELY omitted from this video, albeit understandable, he didn’t play any Summer League due to left knee tendinopathy. He’ll seem to be our athletic wing, if a bit undersized for the position. I’m really excited how he develops alongside our wheel of playmakers.
A shocking lack of mention for Danny Wolf too, the one big guy we drafted. Same story as the PGs though, good playmaker, versatile, but needs to work on how to leverage playmaking into scoring. He struggled in Summer League, though he did showcase some ambitious playmaking! Even if that ambition occasionally hits Drew Timme in the face…
MPJ being the vet on this team… I still have some qualms on that in the locker room, but if we’re talking about on the court stuff, I would like to say something about him. I forgot who mentioned it, but it was pointed out that he could serve as development help for our point guards in finding/setting up a play finisher, which could really help Demin in particular to get more reps on that front. I also think Highsmith can help with this, and on the big man side of play finisher connection development, we have Clax and DayRon.
The future on this team hinges on if they can get a top prospect in the 2026 draft, and they’re in position to get a high draft pick. I just hope it all falls as such.
Keon got waived he’s no longer on the roster.
I would watch this team just to hear what kind of stuff MPJ going to say on TV
I wouldn't start Thomas. He is a very limited player and now he has taken the QO i see now upside in him playing. Get some proper vets instead to guide the exciting new draftees.
Noah Clowney will hopefully be the full time starting PF. Showed great potential last season.
I’m a Washington Wizards fan by default born and raised here in WASHINGTON DC is their any chance you’ll make a video on them?
Team let that bitch fly
Nice review.
Quick correction. Brooklyn didn’t trade a second round pick for Haywood Highsmith – they received a second round pick for taking on HH’s $5.6 mil contract.
Also didn’t see any mention of Dariq Whitehead. He’s only 21 and hi he regains the athleticism that he had prior to injuries, he can be a good NBA player.
I love your videos, but can your next video be about Milwaukee? Bucks about how they could be a sneaky. Good team for this season and fear the deer.
Thank you for picking Nets topic up!! I hope Demin and bunch of young fellas show us to their progress!
AJ Dybantsa will be worth it
Great video man!
The nets GM has a history of finding young talent I think they have a good future
I think your sample size with cam Thomas leaves out Dennis Schroeder. He’s the reason the offense was so good early on
In looking for a franchise cornerstone player, Sean Marks is looking for role-players that can shoot and defend within an unselfish offense. The purpose of this season is to land the #1 Pick. Hopefully, that player will have several good players to support him
Definitely think there going to use one of the rookies egor is dealing with a minor injury so it's either Nolan or Ben Saraf not sure bufkin will start even though he should
So which star you think they will go after I'm seeing Lauri Mark being considered especially since they want to trade Cam and nic
Nice analysis!!!
you did not even talk about the guy with the most potential, noah clowney has all the things you need to be great on both sides of the field, hope he gets the starting 4 spot and i really do see a lineup with demin, thomas, MPJ, Clowney and clax somehow working out but overall lets hope they finally get a top 3 pick next year cause boozer, Dybantsa and peterson look all crazy
I know it's only summer league but Egor played off ball a lot and shot over 40% from 3 with significantly improved mechanics and you chose to not even mention that and only post his misses? Definitely needs to work on strength and finishing in the paint but the rest of your take on him is just weird
Bro in the thumbnail lookin like a stud
Cam Thomas & MPJ combine average 30+ PPG & 1 ASP this coming season 😂😅😅😂😅😂😅😂😂😅😂😅😂😅😂😅😂😅😂😅😂😅😂😅😂
