  1. The greatest team of all time ❤ every high school team I’ve coached I’ve made watch the 86 Celtics. Basketball the way it should be played

  2. 🍀 ☘️ 🍀 ☘️ 🍀

Uncut Hoops just put out a Fantastic video yesterday that you really need to see..

    Accidental Basketball Ruined the NBA….

  3. Bill Walton, who succeeded Lew Alcindor (later became Kareem) at UCLA, was a 3 (consecutive) X NCAA Player of the Year, and 2X Champion there, playing for John Wooden's Championship teams in the early 1970s. His play was bullet-proof, and in my mind, was the best all-around Center. Injuries cut his career, but if you watch a video with him & Bird passing, it will give you a hint as to how good that he was. On a podcast between former Celt, Cedric Maxwell, and (C) Robert Parish, Robert stated that as soon as Bill knew that he would play for the C's, that he phoned Robert to explain that he wasn't there to take Robert's place in the line-up. Chief said that he appreciated Bill's gesture, and this set the tone for their on & off-court relationship. Chief, out of respect, refers to (rip) Bill as "William".

  4. LARRY is the reason the Celtics were great! He fashioned that playing style. One of the most UNSELFISH teams EVER. Contrast that with MJ & the Bulls where he hogged that ball & stole all the glory. There was no camaraderie there & their win/loss record shows it.

  5. I know you’ve done a ton of Larry bird reactions, but I watched one today that had content I haven’t seen before. I think it’s called the truth about prime Larry Bird❤.

  6. Look at that passing..unbelievable..nobody trying to be a show off..or hongo….you'd be hard pressed to find that these day's..but that's why the guy's back then..not just Celtics…were great….players….

  7. Making The Case: The 1985-86 Celtics. This is a great video to react to! It argues why this team might be the greatest team of all time. Perhaps you can react to it when you get the chance. Thanks again for a fantastic reaction!

  8. Thank you for looking at that video "1986 Boston Celtics – The Beautiful Game" I hope you liked it. There is another video called "Sportcentury Larry Bird" which was actually the first video made for him, from which several clips which are now in most all other videos. But toward the end of this video a former NBA player Bill Bradley who played for the 1970 championship New York Nicks, he mentions how when Larry was going to retire, he went into the Celtics presidents office on August 12th, three days before a renewal 4.5 million dollar a year would automatically take effect on August 15th: Larry told him that his back was too bad and he cannot play anmore, so he will retire: but that president said, Why don' you take a week and think it over: but Larry told him, I know what day this is; and if I cannot play then I won't not take the money.

It's a good video to watch, Thanl You.
