  1. You train your legs they are better. You train your legs to do nothing you get nothing. Today's NBA players are trained play one and are tired after a game. You get what you train for. And the NBA train them to do nothing. I use to run cross country. You trained every day. 5 miles then 20 100 yards wind sprints right after you got done with the 5 miles. The week work you are dead on your feet. At the end of the month training you won't tired at all. Today I went and watched the run 1 miles and they are done. Most are tired after 1 mile. Again, you get the athlete you train. NBA is training anyone. It's sad.

  2. Funny thing when Portland was playing their best they got OKC at home and OKC played no starter and roll when by over 20. Portland wasn't that good. They caught teams on back-to-back resting guys. Or teams playing for nothing but the draft. If the West is as good as people think Portland wins maybe 30 games. And most of those will be late when teams don't care anymore.

  3. 4:03 those were the days before "Player empowerment" that created spoiled athletes.
I love how Legs has a way of softening his opinions to skirt around saying they're lazy, entitled and spoiled.

  4. Love Legs, but aint no way Carter Bryant ever getting a DPOY with Wemby, Ausar, and Amen Thompson in the league.

  5. I think Adam is dead on with his spurs take. Tim isn’t ranking teams on their potential record, he’s ranking them on who he thinks can win a championship which is fine. But regular season record and contender rankings are never the same

  6. The “if wemby stays healthy” in front of every wemby conversation pisses me off like he’s Joel embiid or porzingis. He played 72 games his rookie year and before a blood clot which isn’t basketball related he was on pace for 70 this year. He is yet to have a significant basketball injury

  7. Blazers definitely a great young defensive team, like their potential, just think they have too many question marks offensively. Not sure if guys like Deni/Shaedon/Scoot are ready for the increase in offensive workload. They showed flashes at the end of the season but we all know March and non playoff April games are to be taken with a grain of salt (looking at you Chicago). they also play a minimum 12 combined games vs OKC DEN and MIN, not to mention the rest of the west 3x. Just find it hard to play the over due to the offense and schedule

  8. Dwhite Howard also said he wanted the Hawks to draft him and he was sad they didn't.
He was drafted #1 by the Magic. Lmao

  9. Lol, in 2024 with luka, everyone was down on mavericks and they ended up in the finals being picked as underdog each series. Now when they are clearly not a championship team, everyone is trying to do gymnastics to say how good they are going to be 🤣

  10. Why does everybody never mentions BWill Kyrie 2.0 , Deangelo is here yes but don’t forget about BWill.

  11. Nuggets winning it all this yr, and im a fan of the Lakers and the Wizards. Thank me later 😉🤑

  12. So Tim, you said that if Victor is healthy skies the limit and Carter Bryant will be DPOY down the road but you’re higher on Warriors and Lakers so you must expect Vic to get hurt and miss half the season again well you stopped making sense and should listen to what you said.

  13. As a Chicago homer, I'm glad Legs is rockin' wit' us! We have a very promising young core, particularly with Josh Giddey, Matas Buzelis, and Coby White! With the injuries to Tyrese Halliburton and Jayson Tatum, I don't see why the Bulls couldn't be a competitive 6th seed in the East or a 7/8 seed that finally makes it out of the play-in. I think we're gonna surprise some people!

  14. I feel like for the Mavs #1 option when AD is sidelined, Max Christie could be a big surprise.
And yeah, I'm probably going to have to make a fanduel account to bet that Philly under, because that is ridiculous.

  15. Not sure about the first take about changes to the training camp approach. Tim said back at the time even the top stars were 100% ready from the start of camp, but I have for example heard Shaq on his podcast, that for him it was the total opposite, he was not really in shape when it started and worked himself into shape during training camp. So I think, that is completely dependent on the team and the player's approach and probably has not changed that much over the past 20 years. If it would be really the case, that on the one hand the whole training camp would be so easy, and even the first 3-4 weeks guys are not in great shape, but on the other hand players are getting 3-4 times the millions for it compared to the 90ies … well, that seems to be a good job description 😁

  16. Spurs will bne OVER and be a top 6 playoff team! The big factor for me will be the trade deadline in Feb. where the Spurs WILL make a significant trade because of the assets and depth they have! Spurs will be the SURPRISE of the WEST!

  17. This is the year of the HAWKS!!!!!!! My surprise pick this year!!!!!!! Hawks vs Spurs NBA Finals…because of what BOTH teams will do at the deadline!
