  1. Since they are going to be careful with Luka and AR, maybe they should sit them out for a game or 2 during the preseason, but they should be playing as much as possible during preseason to establish that chemistry early.

  2. I know some people like it but the Boo HA is a jump scare every time. Always frustrating when I accidentally don't skip the intro.

  3. The way Lakers talk about Ravia, and also considering his strengths, he could be in contention for the last starter spot. Rui being in the starter spot now, could be merely as placeholder for LeBron being out during training. Perimeter may not be Jaest area to defend, but he is still better there than Rui, and overall much than Gabe, and probably more reliable than Smart. He has also been really good against top players (though these tend to be on the wing/forward spot)

Smart/LaRavia duo that fills out the final 5th starter spot would be ideal. It would solve the lower game counts of both players, it could be matchup dependent , and it could ease both of them into start level play while preserving Smart as he is older w injury history. Both are a big upgrade defensively and better fit than Rui. Hachimura's offense would be welcome with the second unit

  4. on the regret topic.: How good would Zubac and Carushow be on this Lakers roster? I would have also LOVED for MAX to stay and give up DK instead. It would have been worth giving up a second or swap in order to keep Max

  5. You know, it just crossed my mind that no one has thought about the impact of starting and how that impacts trade value. If Rui is our biggest trade asset, they would be shooting themselves in the foot if they put Rui on the bench, because then Pat Riley’s asking price doesn’t look so crazy from on outsiders perspective.

  6. We had similar finishers to the 6/10/6 when I was young and trening basketball, but we called it Kamikaze😂
Luka should know this one since we were going to the same primary school.

  7. Jaxson could be very useful, especially if JJ utilizes him when he wants implement his stated goal of pushing pace on the offensive end. All of the top trio have shown they can pull off the football pass last season, and Hayes is known for his pace and energy. He was good as a lob threat. As a backup and used in small doses Hayes cold be a real disruptor. They couldn't use him as a real starter for long stretches effectively. That is not using his strengths, that is falling back on the only option you have. Now with Ayton starting. Hayes can really be impactful in a focused role.

  8. The way the atmosphere and execution of the Clippers games at InTuit arena reminds me of going to the Acesgames in the WNBA. The production was a bit overbearing, and leans to much into being a show, where there music/lightiing, video etc would linger into the playtime far tooo much. Where that is great during timeouts and downtime, it should NEVER crowd the line of overshadowing the GAME, and it DOES overstep, consistently.

  9. Jovan saying "I actually haven't seen many trees at InTuit". The SHADE… literally.

  10. You are so realistic over all the Laker programs I have watched, you keep it real, very transparent, its uncanny that I agree with everything you said today, thats never happened before! Most Laker shows are in their feelings and not being realistic!
I have so much respect for your program and your insight.

  11. I can see Bron getting 22 7 and 7 this season. A down year for him which is just a testament to how good he's been. Ayton I can see 18 and 11. There should be a ton of points to go around and we could even see several guys average at least 20ppg. It's going to be fun if they actually get healthy. Injuries are already an issue which is not a good way to start.
