  1. I’d definitely prefer to have a starting 5 of:

    Curry-Moody-Butler-Green-Horford

    And a 2nd unit of:

    Podz-Melton-Hield-Kuminga-Post

    3rd unit:

    Seth-GP2-Richard-Santos-TJD

  2. STARTING LINEUP (AFTER MID-NOVEMBER): CURRY, MELTON, BUTLER, GREEN, HORFORD. THE SECOND UNIT: HIELD, PODZ, MOODY, KUMINGA, POST [WITH PAYTON 2 MIXED INTO EITHER UNIT].

  3. Al runs the floor too which is great for a big blocks shots and runs the floor. Pray for health jimmy and steph are going to deed off a full season with Dray and Al… Uncs take back Ball lkike we did with hip hop

  4. We all know these vets will get injured eventually,, maybe even before the end of the year. Jimmy is already nursing his ankle and Steph, we all know he gets banged up and the refs let it happen while they protect their boss leFlop from any kind of bump. Same old refs.

  5. I love role player JK. Kerr is happy with his GP2 clone and other GMs are happy to see him buy in. Cant wait to see what superstar they get for him at the trade deadline lmao.

  6. Kuminga should be starting. It is mind-blowing that he is not! How the coaching staff does not see this is Nutzo!! Moody, as well. Podziemski should be coming off the bench. It's obvious.

  7. Take a look at this again and look at JK's head the entire time: 6:22
He first takes a picture of Podz and the Laker defenders (e.g., Ayton), then glances at Buddy behind him. JK doesn't miss Podz, he uses the threat to setup a Layup for Buddy. He sees the opportunity in advanced and finesses the play to happen.
This is play making and the basis for creating plays. Only time will tell if this is reliably a part of his game, but clearly JK has put in lot of work in the off-season.

  8. Steve is really frustrating man..Dray is the only one in that starting lineup that needs to facilitate, especially while he doesn’t score..Pods needs to come off the bench and be the backup pg that he is..it’s already clear that he can’t score in this league and last night reminded us that..After what I just saw from moody he’s on a whole other level this year, he already proved he can be a solid defender last season now he’s shooting like a prime klay…Whew, this team is dangerous only if Steve doesn’t mess it up with them trash lineups…

  9. 1:38 There's no way in hell I'm buying that Podz is a starter with this roster. I don't know how close to 100% Melton is, but if he's 100%, he'll beat out Podz for that job. Even without Melton, Hield, JK, GP2 or even Moody might all be better options to work with the starters. Podz belongs with the 2nd unit.

  10. I think this is going to be one of the most exciting seasons the Dubs have had in a long time and are going to shock the league!

  11. I got steph, moody, kuminga, butler, Horford. Shooting, slashing, defense, youth mixed in. Buddy, pods, Payton, draymond, Tjd could be a whole second lineup we throw in with post whose growing more used to the game, seth, melton, knox, santos, and pat spencer STILL depth. The second lineup would be mostly defends to hold our lead while starters rest.

  12. Best 5: Steph, Melton, Jimmy, Dray, Al (6th – JK)
Small Ball: Podz, Steph, Moses, Jimmy, Dray (6 – JK)
    All-Defense: GP2, Melton, Jimmy, Dray, TJD (6 – Moses)
Make it Rain: Steph, Seth, Buddy, Post, Al (6 – Moses)

  13. Al Horford is almost certainly the best Center Curry has ever played with on the Warriors… and with no disrespect to Horford at age 41, that's a pretty sad statement.

  14. 3point shooting, high IQ defense and transition offense. The three factors that brought us 4 chips and this new lineup looks like it's adding even more boost to those winning traits. We're so deep too!! We're in for one hell of a ride!

  15. I need Kerr gone if he’s going to keep with this damn small ball lineup he’s so set on playing pods when clearly he had better options I hope he don’t piss me off this year pods should be coming off the bench he’s not a connector like Kerr trying to push him he’s not better than some of the pieces you have and pods suck with man to man defense damn

  16. I like how most warriors fans are bought in for this season.

I've had more hype for lesser teams. I'm just not feeling it for this current roster.

Draymond at 5 isn't sustainable. Horford at 5 isn't sustainable. IF (a big one) they make it to the playoffs I wonder how much wesr and tear they would have amassed. And how good they'd be then.

Remember how Buddy started last season? Remember how Buddy ended last season?

So are we still trading JK or Nah?

Let's talk in February. Maybe I'll be hyped then

  17. #1 I was so happy to see Moody hitting his shots and being aggressive and decisive on offense. #2 Al looked like he was back in FLA. blocking shots left and right and knocking down threes. #3 JK distributing the ball was a WONDERFUL thing to see. We know he can score, and so do all of his opponents, but becoming a skilled facilitator puts him in a NEW category. He could become a great Point-Forward, and that's exciting. I really look forward to seeing Steph and Seth playing together. I guarantee they did a lot of practicing together while they were on the big China tour. Let's get ready to RUMBLE!!!

  18. Well, this was good a preseason game, I’m afraid what happened with the Timberwolves series during the last season is going to repeat once the starting lineup rests. If they can fix that issue, they’ll be OK.

  19. Moody Has always been there!! JK and Moody deserve to get as much time as possible! Podz has been given way too much time… Yes he has a place but its off the bench… Really good to see Horford click with the team!! Looking forward to this season!
