I think knowing he can shoot 3s is nice, I just don't think it needs to be part of his game. As an NBA player you should feel comfortable shooting from anywhere in the half court, but that absolutely does not mean he SHOULD be looking for that shot.
I’m cool with him taking one or 2 a game and seeing where it goes… I’m not super against it. It doesn’t look terrible. If tillman can shoot them neemi should get a crack at it too.
Definitely should not be a big part of his game. Kornet was not shooting at a good percentage toward the end when they cut him off. Give it. A look. I like him taking the 5-10 ft jumper over ahort players more than him shooting 3s. He proved to be efficient enough at it in euro basket. But it’s not nba style so I doubt we see it
I think he can still work on his flaws while taking 1 or 2 threes a game. I’m not like advocating for it but I’m not against it. I don’t think him popping for 1 or 2 threes will throw him off that badly in other areas.

Do not agree with your overly cautious view. Neemias did okay shooting 3s in the Euro basket games. If there's an open shot, go for it man! You don't improve by holding back…that does not make Neemias or the Celts better. . Might as well tell Jalon Brown not to drive to the basket using his left hand as it does not serve the team well.
I think this just shows how the team wants to play double bigs, but we need at least one of them to stretch the floor and right now none of the bigs are proven in that regard. If Tillman, Boucher, or Minot starts draining threes, I expect no one will ask Neemias to do that.

I think for the Celtics to get better on the hard roll to the hoop or alley-oops, the passers need to improve their delivery.
Q should only attempt a three pointer is if it is an end of the shot clock.
