I couldn’t watch the whole game, but from what I saw in the highlights, Pat looked good. His first bucket was a cut to the hoop, he was playing good defense, and it looked like he was playing some point-forward in there.
Man that block by Dalen Terry at the end spectacular. I hope to see more of him doing that but with the Bulls up with 10 or 20 points most of the games they play this season

Is it just me, or is Pat Williams getting wider and wider every season? So many lightly contested, or uncontested dunks by the Cavs. An ongoing problem for this team
I like patrick playing as a point forward more then a pf going forward.
I feel Okoro doesn't offer much except defense, I would rather Huerter or Ayo start over him, I'm not sure why everyone is trying to give him the SF starting job, he is the same height as Ayo and maybe be marginally better on D, but Ayo is a lot better on offense and can handle the ball better

I hope Ayp goes into that 6th man role and could be great in that role in my opinion. I just think wed be to small if he started as well.
This team looks a lot better than it did last season, sure, we made some mistakes, but we made them beacuse we have a lot of new guys and because we were missing Coby White, our new additions they still need time to mesh together and once we do that, I think that we could make some noise this season!
Most players have been in Chicago since the start of September but Giddey only came back from Australia right before camp. Probably needs a few extra reps to catch up on chemistry (except for with Matas, those two have a natural connection lol)
We need a big that can patrol and run the floor bad.

We need to up the physicality and maintain the intensity defensively. Young squad, so there's bound to be growing pains.

The typical BD playbook when it comes to rookies.. us fans can see if a guy is good but he won't get with the program until almost late Feburary when the season is near done and we all see how good the rookie is if given minutes… we need a new coach so badly!

Ayo needs to start, the starters all seemed a bit confused at the beginning but the Bulls seemed to start clicking when he came into the game. I really think Ayo needs to be a Bulls lifer, he sets the tone so well. Overall, need to clean up our passes and be more decisive, some choices were really bad in the first half.
It’s they first game together why you worried about the mistakes give it more time this a n ew season that just started they not the only team that was doing that
Pwill is healthy. 11pts on 3 shots is crazy good efficiency and played very well on defense. If you think it was the same old pwill idk what your watching. Billy even had him bringing the ball up sometimes. He can pass as a point forward he was 6 feet tall as a freshman and played guard but grew 7 inches in HS. If you noticed the rotations he played six straight minutes and then played 10 straight minutes his second stint guarding Mobley which billy planned out that way. Whether fans like it or not Billy trusts him on defense cuz of his strength and experience

Bulls can't be afraid to score in the painted area!
Allow the real 3 ball shooters to shoot! The others need to go in the paint and draw fouls! Earn the easy points from the free throw line!
Matas plays mature for his age/experience. AK didn't mess up the pick when Matas was drafted.
Honestly, however, I've no idea who Matas is/was when he was chosen.
Hopefully, Noa Essengue will blossom successfully too in a couple of years.
Patrick Williams will probably drive me crazy throughout the season too!
There will be times when Patrick is insignificant even though he played double digit minutes.
There will be times when Patrick contributes but it'll be a quiet type contribution.
Patrick's role doesn't seem to be defined.
If Patrick's coming off the bench, what's his role? Is he supposed to just defend or take over some of the scoring load whenever he's on the floor?
The past seasons, Patrick seems to be just out there to be out there.
At this point in his professional career, Patrick should be a solid contributor for the Bulls!
The Bulla need another playmaker and scorer on this Bulls team. If Matas displays his potential this season…the Bulls will easily get in the playOFFS…not playIN.
Matas and Coby finally figuring out how to beat tough opposing defenses will be key.
