The Grizzlies lose to the Pistons in their first preseason game, and a new Ja Morant injury
Ahead of their first preseason game, the Memphis Grizzlies announced that Ja Morant sprained his ankle in a practice on Sunday and will be “week to week.” With no Morant available, Ty Jerome stepped into the starting lineup against the Pistons and made a strong debut.
Rookie Cedric Coward’s debut was not as smooth.

-trying to give Coward grace, but he knew what he should've made a statement, he failed horribly, Isaiah Miller was way better.
-Every year,game and play Santi shows why he should be traded, 0 defensive grit, 0 heart, 0 leadership. IDC how many 3s you can jack, at 7 ft you should have blocks. 🗑️
-KCP needs to work on defense and quickness, this was exposed with screens.
-Stats aside, I like the hustle and grit Prosper showed, I think he could definitely grow with the right structure/system defensively
-Ill trade anyone on the bench beside Pippen and Wells to get Meltdown back, that was a worse trade than Bane to me personally.
