You made error when you said RJ was from New York. He is from T. Dot.
How good the Raptors play depends on if Scottie realize what a PF is and play it. The Raptor led by RJ and BI will go further than if it's led by Barnes
When they realize you don't talk about starting Gradey and putting RJ to the bench. Raptors will be a better team without traah talks like that.
If you don't know who was the throw on in the OG trade by now Raptors won't improve
Your prediction is fair, but low 40's (40 to 43) won't be enough for a top 6 seed I think, it wasn't enough for like 6 of the past 7 years. I think 44-45 is the number to target. Which is gettable if you beat the teams you have to beat (teams worse than you or around your level) 65-70ish percent of the time and you beat teams better than you 35-40 percent of the time. I did the calculation and it's about 45 wins for the Raps.
Raptors are looking pretty elite and here’s why.
We just had a super competitive game with the 2nd best team in the league WITHOUT Jakob poetl.
The game was really close despite Scottie not doing anything on offense. That really shows his level of deffense and I expect him to have a great game tommorow. Rj is looking good and quickly and bi will look a lot better when Jak is setting screens. Remember. Ingram loves Jakob poetl screens. Even without them he is still elite
If Gradey is slow out of the gate, how many games before they pull him for Jakobe? I'd probably take the under. I think if Sandro can be a consistent outside threat, then I'd take Jakobe's defense over Gradey's frankly inconsistent outside shot.
Excited for all the upcoming content !
I see the Raptors this season as a potential play-in team but potentially, like last regular season, losing a bunch of games by under 15 points and thus finishing in their conference no higher than 11th.
Like this format, thanks
despite the loss, i was really excited by the performance. mamu was an excellent acquisition tbf.
I think the theme of this season is going to be patience running thin, after essentially 3 years of a rebuild and now being in the luxury tax, we’re gonna find that players that aren’t producing will (or should) see limited playing time
11:55 Don't we have all those issues still? We only have Jak at the C, and Mamu is an undersized backup. Our outside shooting is still thin (and can Grady even get minutes with his defensive issues?). We have a glut of overlap with SGs fighting for minutes.
I am a huge Raptors fan (and even attended the Vancouver preseason game), but I'm doubtful that our weaknesses from the previous years have totally been addressed until we see some regular season games.
Oh hell yeah!! Best raptors coverage out there!
Glad to have you back doing the regular videos RR! Haven't been this optimistic going into a season in a long time
I know you said no ads, but I did get them, so you might as well turn on ad revenue and get that bag. Love the content as always
