Durant and sengun 2 man game with amen in the dunker spot and Bari+reed spreading the floor is awesome especially now that sengun and amen are getting better at shooting 3s. It’s such a great lineup
Sengun is the key to everything the rockets want to do now that Fred is out. Even if Fred was healthy, I still think the ball would be in alpi’s hands the most in the half court. KD’s fit is seamless, if we had more floor spacers things would be even better, hopefully reed sticks in the starting lineup as the shooter, especially against smaller points. (Reed needs to shoot close 40% from 3 to be worthy of a starting spot on this team though.
Then Amen had 19 points in the first half off dunks and layups. This team is long, athletic. Sengun is going to be a triple double threat every night. Looking forward to it.
Gotta make sure that everyone is not just going to defer to him and let him use that PnR to rush into a midrange pullup like a lot of those initial actions. He'll make them, but that's bad offense.
The use of the Golden State split action there is exactly the sort of thing they need to do – try to mostly use Durant coming off an off ball screen to prevent isoball plays that will stagnate the offense and leave a bunch of players just watching from the corners. They also need to make sure that they don't nerf Sengun to play to Durant's strengths (which happened with Book in years 2 and 3), even if Durant is technically the better player still.

Pretty well given that he only played with them for like a week. Many miss communication but will get better as season goes on
