How they won that game with 31 turnover is beyond me…
All these points are good and true about DaRon, but as Ryan says the preseason is where he can actually get minutes to show if he makes things happen or not, and if he does and continues to make things happen then Adelman neesa to spend more resources or allocate more to get him up to speed because he is a positive impact
Zeke is making stuff happen on defense!
Just play DaRon or Zeke at the 4 next to Val for a couple mins each game and see if it's worth doing and they can get up to speed, yes it will squeeze the 1-3 rotation and likely Strawther/THJ because Pwat gets put at the 3, so be it
And I know "just" is an oversimplification
I think people, myself included, might have come in expecting too much of Bruce Brown. He had been a terrible ball handler in his time away. There's so many clips of him just dribbling it off his feet. I do think he's still a useful piece, but I don' think he's going to be what he was for us before.

Holmes fills a spot we need filled, i think we at least have to try to get him out there to see if he can serviceably guard 4s across the size spectrum, (maybe some small ball 5s) protect the rim, and knock down some shots

The gambling adds are horrible. Guys if I'm going to gamble it's gonna be with Pokémon cards. Charizard is never going to assault someone. I'm not going to gamble on leagues where players have been known to throw games and where refs make side deals.
There was a couple times last year CB had a little 2 man game with Porter that I found oddly intriguing, with Cam CB may have a better partner to dissect defenses together and it may open up a little more in CBs game.
I think in the end CB will be better than KCP in the NBA history books, he just needs to get more confidence in his 3 point game to really allow Jokic to use that spacing.
I was optimistic but after watching these preseason games the bench is still bad. Kessler Edwards needs more minutes. The lack of a backup point guard is glaring.
I'm ok with Murray playing with the bench, especially during the regular season when we really should be trying to build some counters to what teams will do in the playoffs to us. Val helps Murray, but Bruce is helped by playing with Jokic more and they work together really well. Plus I want Cam, AG, CB, and others to have their own small set lists which can be counters to triple teaming Jokic or doubling Jamal full court. Just those classic "break glass incase of emergency" play that every champion has in their bag, but they aren't the focus just something to do if the defense gets overconfident to keep spacing around the 3 not named Jamal or Nikola.

Matt go look at KCP threes. He either takes on step or doesn’t have to move his feet on almost all of his 3 point makes. Almost never off balance. You’re once again making things up to prove a bad point and make yourself sound smart. 🙄

Christian is my favorite player. He has skills & does what is asked of him. When something doesn't work, he works hard to improve and/or fix it. He is going to continue to improve over the years and be an even more amazing player.
