  1. The blazers warrriors preseason game's 4th quarter gave me such high hopes in terms of the young guys on the team. Even though most of the game they were not really playing well, that last quarter redemmed EVERYTHING. 51 point quarter… absolutely insane.

If the young guys can pull that off even semi consistently it would give this team so much depth during the regular season. Letting us hve a better chance of keeping the older vets healthy for the playoff run. Might be super premature but i got high hopes now for this team!

  2. Why are we trying to fit a square peg into a triangle?

You see it, I see it, everyone sees it. He doesn't really fit the warriors style of play under Kerr.

My question is. Do you really fit the style if you do everything and we aren't scoring ?

People can pass and cut and do everything Kerr wants. But if it's. It translating to buckets. Do they really fit the team?

Kerr's motion offense only works when Steph is on the court. Take Curry out and every possession is a glorified turnover!

Come up with plays that take advantage of the strengths of your personnel!

Maybe if they ran set plays for JK a few times. And knew that he has X amount of plays per game. Maybe he won't be so lost and it will incentivice him to be more engaged in defense.

    Who knows.

  3. I think the biggest positive is that the organization has finally kinda healed after rough few years, the mood is better, and this will make players and fans alike enjoy the season to an extent we have missed the prior years after incidents and shocking trades.

  4. JK, is the kinda guy who would be insane in a small market as a 2 option. On a losing team. Just not one that is in a run. And frankly, the warriors should have got value from him years ago. Yes, he has all the tools but he don't listen and or doesn't understand. And that's ok just not one for a playoff team with generational talent.

  5. Even with all the new guys, the front line of the Dubs sure looked like last year Dubs against Portland. The Lakers rested their big three

  6. Kuminga has shown he can be a good on ball defender. I don't know why the warriors don't ask him to do the things he's good at. Instead, they ask him to be an off ball defender. Just ask JK to go and guard the other teams best player every time. Sharpe was blowing past everyone, why not put JK on him? I had that same issue in the minnesota series when Ant was having issues going past JK, but from time to time, they put someone else on Ant and they would get cooked. The coach should try to highlight the things he's good at and let him do those things. Instead, they highlight what he's not good at. We don't have any great POA defender now, JK can be that

  7. I think the problem with your jk take is, that the only offense he's ran so far is late shot clock isos wich are really easy to defend, I still don't understand how Steve hasn't figured out how to adapt his offenses to include different freelances, and plays, jk isn't a iso guy yet, and he doesn't need to be run pick and rolls give him hand offs , and post ups, find ways to get him the ball in actions, you now have 3 guys who can run actions as the main decision maker, now that he is making the right reads, the warriors offense has gone stail a bunch the last 3 years because it's the exact same motion/triangle offense it has always been, but they run even less plays it's all freelance

  8. IF Moody and Kuminga can be good on the ball defenders that we know they can be then they'll be good. Moody just has to be a consistent floor spacer with his shooting, and if Kuminga can be consistent with his slashing, with him getting to the line, but in the flow of the offense, he will be good for us. Podz consistency needs to be up to par as well then they'll be good. The young guys like TJD, Post and Santos should be better. Now we have veteran shooters like Heild and Seth is going to be good contributions. Then you'll have GP2 and Melton as on the ball perimeter defenders. Tbh GS defense should be in the top 10 easily. GP2 and Melton can be used to guard Ant, JA, Brunson and some smaller athletic pgs or certain sgs while Moody and Kuminga are on the bigger sgs and certain wings. Having Butler and Green to guard wings is going to help them since they could switch everything with those 4 guys. GS has multiple defenders at every position now. TJD is a rim protector and Al isn't too bad as a rim protector, so GS defense have to be elite and they have to established it early this season! Man Pat Spencer shouldn't have a roster spot, but Kerr has kept him for the last 3 seasons but 🤷🏾‍♂️

  9. been waiting for this vid.
ngl if they want to fit kuminga with the warriors, he's gotta be with the bench without steph an butler. Not sure if kerr's gonna do it as the system is looking for the best shot possible, but who knows.

  10. GSW SEASON:
    1) Good Coaching 5th
    2) ok Coaching play-in
    3) bad Coaching out of play-in
    4) Great Coaching and another 7'er 🤔?
Bol Bol is too cheap to be any risk at all, wake front office and give ir a real try

  11. Im not forgetting how you called the warriors in the comments a “dumbass team” DoubleDworth. After giving you a dynasty to cheer for.

  12. I think the year after they won and the year with Cp was the ideal time to develop those young players. But just tryna get them to play in a role they have no preparation for hard.

  13. Fuck it put the starting 5 as the bench and put the bench as the starters we’d have the best team ever 6th man Steph curry

  14. If the GM manage to get Wiggins or Markannen without losing too much, this will be championship year for them.

  15. This team does feel like if things click (and that could be a big if) they have a real chance. I also get the feeling there is no SUPER team at the moment (can change ofc) but league feels more even then in a while

  16. Are you really expecting Steph and the other veterans to play hard defense on pre-season games? That's for the rookies or younglings to do so as to prove something.

  17. Hopefully Moody can consistently play SG. But I’m still worried about our secondary ball handling even after Seth officially signs in Nov

  18. Bra JK never played he wasn’t given a chance you guys can say whatever but Kerr doesn’t want to adapt to JKs style, it’s not about who’s fans what nots, Kerr ball gets boring when teams figure it out, Kerr can play Buddy ball or JL ball but chooses to play Steph ball, Bro the warriors win of individual brilliance most of the time, Kerr needs to adapt.

In the Championships after Steph’s injury why do you think Kerr when to JK and TJD, it’s because he knows and has seen the talent and overall ball game of those two but he has his favourites and probably wants to retire with his dream plays being legendary. But honestly we have been suffering because of Kerr.

  19. I don’t know that you can take anything from either game. As you said, the lakers rested everyone important. As for the blazers game, the deep bench pulled that one out against Portland’s deep bench after the starters got waxed.
