  1. it's time for LBJ to retire. this is just father time catching up with him. sciatica is a recurring issue and will not go away. at his age, the more he continues to play the greater the chances he'll suffer more major injuries that will take a long time to heal, if at all, which can affect his quality of life post pro bball. he should retire now and be remembered purely for his greatness instead of limping into retirement like many star players do. as great as jordan and kobe were, we can't help but also remember that they were shadows of their former selves the last couple of years before retirement.

  2. Feeling sad for Luka, Joined NBA when Mavericks did not have anybody to offer alongside , here again same going on

  3. I keep seeing a rumor about a big trade with Dallas coming(Klay) and other pieces-but I’ll say this if LeBron misses too much-we will possibly be a play in team and not much more than that-too many of our players are “what ifs” you know it and I know it😒

  4. Basketball is not a sport for anyone who has this problem. Most people I know that developed this issue stopped playing basketball on a routine basis because the jumping, start and stop motion, and twisting action caused it to flair up at any time. This is normal for some athletes that have played basketball or sports similar to the activity (like tennis) for a long time at a high level. Larry Bird’s career ended with back trouble after he developed a problem from excessive stress putting his driveway in. He was never the same and slowly went downhill in terms of his ability to play night after night. Labron is much older and have been playing the better part of his life at a high level. Maybe this is the end. He may not call it quits this year, but he may do so at the end of the season and take a one year deal for a retirement tour. The Lakers made the right decision with their offseason plan. They are going to have plenty of money to spend next offseason. Yannis should wait until next summer to sign a long term deal so he can step into the void.

  5. Keep It Movin – Start AR/Luka/Vando/Rui/Ayton!!!! And, start preparing to make a Trade for 1) Lauri or 2) Zion in Summer 2026!!!

  6. He’s playing the long game. He doesn’t care about the preseason or even the first 40 games. He’ll be just fine.

  7. Aaand once again, having dfs in this team would’ve make all of this easier (i know he’s recovering)

  8. All of yall with this issue, here’s my question: how many of you actually led an active lifestyle prior to your injury? In talking about years of dedication to consistently working out? Running? Stretching? Eating correctly? Something tells me most of you didn’t do that because most people don’t. I’m sure that’s a big difference between you and LBJ.

  9. I guess we're gonna get our first taste then of what post Lebron feels like. We saw when Lebron was out a few weeks last season AR stepped up to be that second option behind Luka and was averaging 28ppg. I think between Luka and AR we're gonna need atleast 55+ combined points a night. Rui is going to also have to step up and be that third option probably unless DA can get it going and get back to like how he was in Phoenix. We should be able to stay a float and keep our head above water. Luka is a generational superstar top 3 player on planet. AR is really good. Im confident in the new guys of Ayton, Smart, and Laravia. Im confident in Rui and our other guys that have been with us a while stepping up. Gotta take it a game at a time

  10. I think playing golf has contributed to this problem because the swing move is not a normal move for him. He's using different muscles. He needs to stop playing golf and avoid playing golf. He needs to stick to preparing his body to play basketball unless he wants to retire before he initially planned on doing so. LeBron has a football body, not a golf body. He needs more flexibility in his legs and all of the muscles that get twisted and stretched during a golf swing.

  11. Sir please give is a break they are lying if that is true on media day lebron never mentioned that, he said he worked out all summer now they are lying hes doing this because they didn't extend open your eyes wake up, there is nothing wrong with him

  12. lebron is 'FLEXING' … la keeps 'pretending' they don't need him , well they DON'T HAVE HIM ! … We'll see what luka's 'really' made of … GUARANTEED , he'll be Hurt by the time lebron comes back -GUARANTEED , bc that's his m.o. PERIOD ! …

  13. Will at least now we're going to find out can y'all boy Luka doncic carried his team 😏 since y'all talk so highly of him

  14. Question: Would Lebron be suffering from sciatica if he'd gotten the contract he wanted from the Lakers?

  15. Everybody is thinking the same thing – Golf is the culprit (and that sneaky little Steph Curry). Me too, that's the first think that came to my mind. Steph fooled Lebron into playing golf knowing it would disrupt him for a while, which will give Steph a head start this season over Lebron. Remember, Steph started playing golf first so he would know. LOL
