It's the preseason game 2. Of course there are areas that need tightening up.
Utah was making crazy 3s and the rockets still won easily. Scored easily. To me that was the most encouraging thing. Any other year this is a closer game or loss when a team is hitting that many lucky 3s.
Gianni's to the Rockets is better than Knicks. The Rickets have plenty of draft picks to make the deal work while retaining the win now talent to contend.
Either FVV or KD could be the offsetting cap to make the trade work.
The Rockets are big, athletic and they can get out and run. Of course with new pieces it going to take a minute to gel. You add KD and the other pieces and you guys seem to ignore the internal growth of the young core Sengun, Jabari, Amen, Tari etc will automatically make them better. These guys are young and not even in their prime yet. They’re just now coming in to their own. Also, I think they will make a move the trading deadline and add another player.
