Knowing Spo, Herro will not be back sooner…
If he does, here's what "could" happen:
He comes back and balls out of control on offense, makes the Heat in the thick of things in the top 6-7.
He makes the all stars, then when they make the last sprint to the playoffs, he reinjures himself, this time, he misses the rest of the season, causing the Heat to be the play in again and this time, missing the playoffs.
Then in the offseason, both he and Pat will come to an impasse during contract negotiations, and it will be a repeat of the Jimmy Butler drama, which will cause the organisation to trade him with less value than before.
It won't fix the overall issues of the team, which will force them to do a full rebuild, when all they had to do is trade him during last offseason and do a full reset replacing Herro with a young talent through the draft.
no reason to rush , at all . literally
He is definitely a guy who does not need to rush back , he’s super injury prone and will be injuried all year if he doesn’t heal all the way and rushes it agian
I don’t think herro needs to rush back spo could see use that time to definitely decide the rotation.
Herro is the Heats best player
Herro, Powell, Wigs, Bam, and Ware is a lovely lineup and dangerous lineup. I mean, its offense everywhere and 3 out of five starters can defend. Plus, with the length of all of them, it can cover for some defense assignments. Because it's hard to get in the paint. Not to leave out that we was a top ten defense last year. Because we can be a top 5 defense between Bam and Ware. And KJ (6'6) at backup point, Davion (6'0) at backup sg JJ (6'6) at backup small forward, Jovic (6'10 and a 1/2) at backup power forward, and Goldin (7'1) at backup center.
Good now we can finally trade him
doesn't matter, he's too fragile for his age, he's gonna get hurt again.
