Dude the second unit almost has more off-ball movement and actions than the starting unit. This is perfect, because if the opponent decided to keep their starters in for a bit longer than us, theyโll gas out ASAP

Having watched all the games they've played(pre-season)…Lopez has been a standout and crazy from 3…back board shots ๐ค๐พ
Cp3 and others are not washed, the slander is still crazy. 1st unit was lacking scoring a lil, dj has some good heart and always gets tough shots.
Leonard looks a lot faster and not shy to take 3s.
Collins + cp3 can we not get better, gel.

DJJ is most likely going to be poa defender with the starter. Dunn will most likely be the poa defender with the bench. That is my focus at the moment.
Starter will iso. Bench will playmake and ball movement. Force the other team to adjust constantly.
I believe Lopez is the key!

Pardon my language but I'm so fuqn hype for this season even after I said I wouldn't be after that game 7 loss. My favorite rotation was when Kawhi came back in for Batum in the 2nd quarter forming CP3 Dunn Kawhi Collins and Lopez.
Brook Lopez is a revelation.

Collins comfort at the 3 point line is huge as well
And we have yet to see Brad Beal lol.
I'd rather Zu and Harden get going and Kawhi focus on defense early but he eases his way into the game.
It feels likes 2018-19 when the bench (one of the best scoring all-time) would outscore the starters on a regular basis.

I mentioned this to Ausland about the SAC announcers speaking about the Clippers being deep. Paul, Lopez, and maybe Collins coming off the bench. I know this is just one game. Let's see what happens tomorrow against the GS Warriors.

I know its preseason but it's been refreshing to see Ty Lue letting some of the younger players like Jordan Miller get burn with real rotation players. Seems like he and maybe one other young guy might crack the fringe rotation minutes kinda like Coffey did for us in seasons past.
Some People have been optomestic about the clippers wining the NBA tile every single year even before you were born, but hey, maybe this year is the magic one ๐
