    Grizzlies management/ownership/coaching/med staff is absolutely terrible.

    The constant trading and changing of the team is absolutely been a terrible strategy.

    We took a great team that everyone feared and turned it into a team that is the laughingstock of basketball.

    But so many of us said that getting rid of major parts was a bad move: brooks, Adams BANE, ESPECIALLY BANE!

    The peanut gallery got what they wanted. The “trade the bum” crowd is seeing the fruits of their wildest dreams——AND IT ISNT PRETTY!

    But the most disturbing part of this team is they are still harnessing this weak strategy of: “let’s give them a rest”—-THEY RESTED ALL SEASON!!! THE TEAMS THAT PLAY THEIR PEOPLE EVERY GAME SEEM TO WIN!!! THE PLAYERS THAT DONT LOAD MANAGE SEEM TO GET INJURED LESS! But Memphis will continue this terrible, multi years long strategy of: letting guys rest constantly, error on the side of he’s injured, etc.

    WINNING CREATES WINNING! Even the pre season is important to win! It’s good for the mental of the team! It conditions winning as opposed to losing! It’s almost like Memphis prefers losing if they can try out some never ending stupid strategy. THE TEAM IS CONDITIONED TO LOSE BY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!

    u can be deluded if u want. This team is boo boo now. Might as welll rebuild at this point. Our peak was 2022. We have gone from a well defensive team with the whole roster virtually good on d to now just every team lookin like contenders against us. Even hornet fans thinking they are contenders after that beat down Grizz took.

    I had to let em know that the Grizz are makin all teams look this good in preseason. Just like the second half of last season.

    Other teams got ready for the season, we didn’t. Probably going to be a slow start to the season where we look disorganized
