People are forgetting he was mock to be #1 draft pick. He just ended up in the worst situation that he did get enough chance to develop his game for first 3 seasons. Now games like this where Pelicans put all the eggs in the basket of shutting down Alpi and KD (which will happens a lot) Jabari will get a lot more chances and I would not be surprised to see him going 20ppg.

The only thing the Rockets needed was for someone else to be the number 1 scoring threat because they have 3 guys who are elite number 2s. I guess you could argue Sengun is a number 1 now but he is definitely more efficient as a number 2.

Idk about star bc he still doesn't look great off the bounce, but he can be an elite role player.
I do like that high low stuff with Jabari sealing his man on a switch. That should be good for a couple easy buckets a game.
I feel like the Rockets gave Jalen Green every chance to become a star. Now it's Jabari's turn to show what he can do now that Jalen is out of his way. I hope he can be consistent.
