Christian should be getting Nickeil Alexander-Walker money. I would be perfectly comfortable swapping those two players right now. Paying Christian 25+ million per year is insane.
I genuinely think if Jokic found out people were suggesting he sidestepped the extension question he'd be like "Brother, I literally said I want to be Nuggets forever, what do you want?"
I've got no problem with Sam Amick reporting that teams are clearing space to make a play at Jokic, since that is actual news but I do have a problem with Jokic's media day response being used to prop up the idea that he'd be open to leaving.

From what I've seen, I don't think the Nuggets have to stagger Murray.
7:56 great point, I think that even when things weren't perfectly executed we see progress and how that's developing to integrate into something larger and more cohesive then we've experienced the last couple of years. Another example, they're not getting every 50/50 ball, but they're trying to and knocking it out of bounds rather than giving up a fast break.
They're engaged, focused and seem to be picking up on the revamped system quickly. As an aside, I feel that Denver and teams they played showed a lot more intensity than I've even seen in preseason. I'm glad we're making basketball beautiful again.

Peyton finally started doing what I expected from him last season – relentlessly attack the rim. Julian was actually quite good in this game as well. I am impressed with Spencer's defence. If he improves his 3pt shot he will be amazing. Bruce, Tim and Cam were also fine, so all in all Nuggets look dangerous.
