He's crying because he's aware of how much value there is to every minute you put in an NBA game. Every second is life changing. Its simple. The more you play the more chances of you getting a MULTI MILLION contract. The less you play the more likely you dont get a contract. So I understand. He probably felt this life changing opportunity slipping away from him
