    I'm in total shock. He was the lock-in backup play-maker for us. Clarkson/Hart as ball-handlers makes me a little nervous or this might make Brunson happy as he'll get the same amount of time at the 1. Oladipo would be an interesting gamble. Season progression would assess this situation clearer of course…man o man.

    He didn't make the team it's that simple. They was down to the last roster spot and his ego didn't want them to cut him so he retired before he was forced. The Knicks are good if push come to shove Patrick Beverly, M.Fultza lot of others can fill out a bench but I would leave the team as is…

    Oladipo or Delon Wright would ve nice but we'll see. A good portion of the Knicks fan base isnt really for Kolek so if he doesnt have a Linsanity run ppl are gonna be watching his every mistake.

    We need a pure backup Point. Without that the bench will once again be catastrophic. There are no ball handlers and too many guys looking to shoot and score. I see the bench being too small. Knicks still need an athletic wing player that’s lock down on defense.

    Still many questions on this new offensive approach. Brown seems to be incorporating parts of the Warriors philosophy. Not sure if it will get the best out of Brunson and KAT?

    This was a definite shock. But Delon Wright was waived by pacers & he played here b4 & knows the guys. My 1st choice then rock w/Kolek.

    To be honest, I think we are in a better position with Kolek because of familiarity with teammates. Yeah, we lose veteran experience but I think it's an honest trade-off and like you said, He didn't look good at all in pre-season. I'll give the statement jerseys a solid 6/10, my favorite jerseys are the 1999-2000 with the solid black stripe on the side, man they were a thing of beauty.

    I don’t get why people don’t believe in Kolek, I think he’s gonna play really well with the new system. Either way you could always trade for someone at the deadline if it doesn’t go well

    Mike Brown ran brogdon into retirement WAS THAT THE STRATEGY? This was a total waste of time he should've been cut he looked horrible because of this foolishness we missed out on other players we could've looked at and have on the team right now.

    There must have been a pressing issue for Brogdon, as he would have had access to a full pension and lifetime health benefits after 10 years in the league, if he had only made 1 more year in the NBA, even as a bench player. Strange.
