Fan base is cooked I swear. The fact that we haveing the whose number 1 whos team it is such a old school mentality. The confusion on the team is that we have everyone not knowing what to do. And fanbase makes it worse. Game is very simple everyone play to their strengths. Scottie… the number 1 runs pg, and everyone plays off of that. Scottie pick n roll with jakob, iq and bi spacing the floor, RJ downhill attack. Play breaks up give it to BI for a quick iso shot. The game is simple. We dont need IQ to run pg when we already should have scottie doing that. IQ shoot and score the ball. Everyone thats scoring can then look for Scottie when they get the attention. Simple flipping game man

Too much judgement on here. Never used to be like this. One ring and here come the entitled fans. We have no option but to give this season a try as trading him now would ensure we'd get fleeced so what's the point being this negative?

Lol all the focus on Scottie. Yeah he not having a great pre season is an understatement but i thinking actually bleed deeper with the whole starting 5 not looking good.. or even on the same page!
But okay it is preseason and these guys still need to work that chemistry esp since they had patchwork line ups last season. Mix in BI new to the team and Poetl just returning and yeah. The starters together were pretty brutal.
Everyone wants Scottie to go beast mode and dominate paint. And so do I. But it's preseason. Let him focus on other aspects of his game while coaches evaluate who sticks to the main squad and who gets cut. And tbf I don't expect Scottie to excel with these starters as a full-time unit.
Tbh id like RJ to come offa the bench and be the one to lead 2nd unit play. Bruh you'd still see RJ light it up vs opposing 2nd units. Get either Ja'kobe or Ochai to start instead to alleviate starting line up with their def pressure. These guys don't need the ball as much as RJ and aren't as thirsty to score all the time.
But fr fr now. I do have one reeeeeeeal nagging issue with the starters that keeps rearing it's ugly head. I'd like to focus on IQ.
Bruh. Srsly I was hopeful for him to flex new skill controlling offense esp seeing the court. Yeah ummmm wtf he don't look pg ready. Bruh. But I think HOPEFULLY once he unlocks the 3ball he have easier time to read with defenders needing to respect that. But my gosh watch rook Hepburn vs what IQ had to offer .
Holy sht. His instincts and the ways he sees the court is NBA ready. He needs more exp but I smell another More athletic undrafted FVV prototype. Bruh i wouldn't be surprised if Hepburn is pushing Shead to be backup by seasons end.
Scottie will be fine, he will never be a superstar,, but, let's be honest…we are fans and therefore we have the right to be disappointed .
Scottie was 3/13 against the Celtics and 3/11 against wizards. He’s been pretty ass.
Were doing this again running another player out of town and when he goes states side fans are going to be crying why didn't we keep him. While the US media laughs at us and elevates him. People hating are just casuals and don't understand basketball

I'm commenting this so that i can have proof that i've been team Scottie throughout this time. Once November comes, Scottie's gonna find his groove and he's gonna be playing really well at a good efficiency. And all the Scottie haters are either gonna switch sides or shut up. But trust, Scottie's gonna lock in once the regular season starts

Where all the Scottie stans hiding lmao? The guy is trash and has been for years. He's never been a #1 option or a franchise player. The reality is we're now paying $40M+ a year for a glorified roll player brick laying bum.
If I was the coach Scottie would be coming off the bench until further notice.
Drafted in 2021 and never been an “all star” caliber player. He cannot drain open shoot and below average 3s. They should trade him 2 yrs ago and keep Siakam and OG.
How long is it going to take Scottie to develop as a reliable player? Can you compare Scottie to Cunningham? It seems like there's no basis to do so right now.
We're paying him like 40 mil per year he needs to at minimum be scoring 20 ppg we know he can play make and defense we need to see some offensive consistency
With that extension he signed; I now have great expectation. His numbers were down last season but he did play less games. I don’t know who the leader should be.
