Anyone who watched the Spurs closely last year knew Kornet was one of the best signings all off-season. They were a pretty decent team when Wemby was on the court, but any lineups without him were among the worst in the league. Now, with Kornet and some key bench upgrades, they're finally winning those minutes. Wemby's improved conditioning also makes the demands on the bench less extreme
Castle will be a fine enough player. Don’t think star. Won Roy in weak class. Would trade his inflated value from the Roy and another piece such as fox and picks for Giannis. Bucks will fall out Giannis will be leave. Wemby+giannis should be the goal. Right now is the time because wemby is on cheap rookie deal it is easy to build a championship team. Harper is the one who will be a superstar
I think the biggest upgrade of this team other than kornet, will be that the young talent they have are coming into the system and have ironed out a lot of kinks. Not to mention that fox and wemby barely played together last year
I would dangle Fox to get some shooters. Castle, Harper and Fox is a bottleneck at the guard position. Turn fox into a shooting guard or trade him for 2 established shooters (that also provide defence) and get some more draft capital while his trade value is still high. I got the Spurs at top 4 in the west. I love Fox, but I think he's going to regress and the Spurs have enough pieces to build for the future. I'm hoping Fox can prove me wrong and build chemistry with Vic. But I think Harper has a better chance of building that chemistry with Vic more so than Fox because Harper is a natural PG who has better reads than Fox.

Why is everyone keep saying wemby had an injury this man the future of the spurs franchise had a life and death health scare plain and simple.
