Aaron Gordon continued to be a key contributor for the Denver Nuggets throughout the 2024-25 season. In 51 regular-season games, he averaged 14.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game, shooting an impressive 53.1% from the field and a career-best 43.6% from three-point range.
Offensively, Gordon showed clear improvement in his perimeter shooting, adding another dimension to his game. His ability to stretch the floor complemented Nikola Jokić perfectly, giving Denver more spacing and flexibility in their offensive sets. His mix of power around the rim and newfound shooting efficiency made him one of the most reliable forwards in the Western Conference.
While his rebounding numbers dipped slightly compared to his peak seasons, that decline reflected a change in role rather than effort. Gordon has embraced a more versatile, system-oriented role — guarding multiple positions, setting smart screens, and cutting off-ball to create opportunities for teammates.
