I don’t think Beal should be starting. Clips need a poa defender in the starting 5. Beal’s scoring is needed more on the bench.
The combination of Harden, Kawhi, Collins, & Zu provide enough scoring. The 5th guy should be a dirty worker/poa defender.

Hey Darian, I like what I heard from the video and what I saw from the 2nd unit during the preseason. I know they are playing against weaker competition and teams that are using young guys that aren't as prepared, etc… Still, it does show that the Clippers are already focused and seem to have a passion and confidence to seriously compete for a ring
I have been thinking that maybe if CP3 is healthy down the stretch, he should be on the floor at the end of games (with the ball in his hands) and making the decisions.
I really like Brook Lopez as a role player on this team and hoping he can help (motivate) Zubac to improve his FT shooting and post game.
There is no doubt in my mind that there are only a handful of players (when healthy) that can be "the guy" on a championship team. Kawhi is definitely one of them. He doesn't have to do what he did in Toronto if he has enough help, and at this point in his career, I think that is how it needs to be, especially with Harden on the team. The player who will benefit the most from the additions of JC, Lopez, and CP3 is Kawhi. It will not only open up the floor for him but CP3 will know how to find him (and JC & Lopez) when open and when they need to get touches.
Lastly, I'm pretty confident with the roster and the veterans we have now that the Clippers can finally build some real chemistry. I know you probably don't like me harping on it, but James Harden is the only player who concerns me and it makes him the X factor. If he is willing to play off the ball and take a lesser role, this team has a great chance to compete against OKC & Denver IMO. I also think whoever comes out of the west will win the title.
As far as the other top teams in the West, I'm interested to see how Dallas looks once Kyrie is healthy. Kyrie & AD need to stay healthy and if Cooper Flagg lives up to the hype, they could be a serious contender.
Minnesota, Houston, and GS are tough teams, but they are not the same threat (for the Clippers) as DEN & OKC.
The Lakers IMO, are the most overrated team in the West and will not be a threat as long as Lebron demands to fill the stat sheet with his empty stats!

best +/- in the first half by 10 out of him kawhi and norm, 13 assists 2 turnovers, game fell apart in the 3rd quarter when ty lue took the ball from him and gave like 8 straight possessions to norm and kawhi and they came up empty. it wasnt even harden giving up the points during that run

I agree with Dime Dropper. Having vets like CP3, Harden, and Brook Lopez is actually an advantage.
They’ve seen every coverage, know every trick, and can control tempo. Youth gives you energy — experience wins possessions..
CP3 will outsmart young players. They know how to draw fouls, control pace/tempo
