  1. Josh Okogie personifies Ime Udoka on-court presence. Okogie is team first, high IQ, elite defender, long, uber-athletic, ultra physical and high energy. But it is his discipline on offense that everyone underrates. He has a bag.

  2. Okogi and Clint veteran guys don’t go hard during the pre-season so they weren’t looking good but once the season start they’ll put their heart out on defense so we cannot judge our defense just looking at our pre-season numbers. I think Okogi tried last night since he knew starting is rare chance he’ll get so it was good to see him playing well. I was little worried before

  3. Bro Im torn between tate and Okogie because tate can guard 1/2/3/4/5s, and Okogie is a 1/2/3 defender Okogie is more athletic gets steals and blocks can operate in the dunker can shoot(He and Tate shoot very similar 3pt percentage) and attack closeouts but Tate has a post game a good driver a much better passer and playmaker is a mismatch for 1/2/3s of they aren't equipped to guard him or lack weight+strength in general also can shoot(not a shooter) a much better rebounder and does all the little things that don't show up on the stat sheet.
One thing I'm suprised by is Okogie draws a ton of fouls. Dude got 3/4 3pt shooting fouls this preseason. Shoots 70+ at the FT line. I feel he lacks as a cutter but I would like to see him next to Sengun like Okogie Jabari KD Sengun and Reed or even Amen so we can have better perimeter defense. Spacing wise that ain't nothing we not use to
