Culture! We FINALLY have culture. There will be bumps and bruises along the way, but the foundation is being set and you can SEE the fire and grit in this squad. Culture will help us keep talent and attract more along the way.
This season is 100% about installing an identity, building on this culture and developing our young talent around Book. Barring a Cinderella Story, realistically we will make some serious noise next season. 🔥🙌🔥
