Fwiw Tiago Splitter was hired as an assistant coach for the Blazers on June 12, 2025. It seems Chauncey never designed plays for the Blazers. He inputed the defensive system and offense.
I am thinking the Blazers got info from the FBI earlier and hired Tiago in advance. Chauncey didnt put in plays because he knew to let Tiago do it.
