STUNNER: Atlanta Hawks STEAL Victory from Orlando Magic’s Grasp | Magic face offensive roadblock
The Orlando Magic stumbled against the Atlanta Hawks with a 111-107 loss thanks to points left on the board at the foul line and with turnovers.
But it is also still clear the Magic are learning how to play together and finding their groove on offense. The team got stagnant in the second half after a stellar offensive first half. Their new style on that end is still a work in progress.
It is especially a work in progress for Paolo Banchero who struggled once again to find his footing after a rough shooting opener. He never got going as Trae Young bounced back and took over the fourth quarter to deliver a critical win to the Hawks on the road.

Franz did an according job, even perhaps slightly better than average/expected. The rest of the team played a little bit below average.

Dang Phil there was a lot of shade thrown at Paolo this pod lol. Not talking about the game analysis because he def played terrible. I’m speaking on the sly remarks like “maybe not the best player” and “let’s talk about player who were not Paolo Banchero” statements. Idk if you’re trying to motivate or you really don’t think he’s like that but I hope he hears it. When you’re the best player on the team you get/deserve more criticism but it’s typically not from your own guys putting them down or insinuating they are overrated. Idc if you prefer Franz but i don’t want the fan base to be divided in a Franz vs Paolo way making one of them leave for nothing

Paolo is the worst player in the history of the game to get top 15 in the world hype. This guy isn’t even top 75 let alone top 15. He’s not even top two on his own. The team is literally better without him in every metric.
That game was unacceptable. 20 missed FT is ridiculous no matter what point of the season is. Bane needs to figure it out bc we gave up 4 1RP for him to make the shot that put us up 106-105. We got lucky against Miami but we’ve now played 2 full games of HORRIBLE basketball! We played with our food tonight – why did Howard gets minutes? Instead of running an experiment EXTEND YOUR LEAD!!!
