I’m a sixers fan with family from mass and I genuinely asked them “who is your starting center?” And they thought and just said “idk” and that set it in for me. The Celtics always had a guy who I knew would hinder Embiid, not that he played particularly well or mattered in this game, so I always knew they’re starting center and backups basically since 2017. I never thought I’d live to just not know key positions on their team like this
Saw this coming as soon as the off-season started. I think the plan was to free some cap space by trading the older/injury prone guys then tank this year to get some new talent when Tatum is healthy to play next season. Also, the Knicks are just a really good team as well. We’ll see how things turn out later on
