  1. This win was extremely fun to watch, no fugazi, just a crazy comeback that came from the hard work of our players trying hard and putting in effort towards getting back into the game, can’t wait to watch the game that happens on Friday.

  2. I remember when everyone was “if I hear the term alignment one more time…” but that’s looking pretty good so far. 🤙🏻

  3. Regardless of the results, this team is a night-and-day improvement from the teams of the last three years. It is refreshing to have a team to watch that actually puts out effort. Kevin Durant is trash, and I'm so grateful he's gone!

  4. Was a fun game to watch, I missed having actual fun watching the team play, even in wins. That said, having a strong first half just to crumble in the second was just as much the Kings MO last year as it was the Suns, and while its too early to say for sure, most expect this Kings team to be a bottom feeder this year, so the fact we WERE down by 20, and allowed the Kings to enter the half on pace to score 142 points should raise some eye brows and keep expectations in check. Heck we had the same kind of comeback against the Kings last year, and we all remember how that team faired overall. Still, I think the big takeway you can get excited by is that the team did not look noticeably worse then it was last year. If you lose an aging but still heavily involved KD, and an aging but less involved Beal, and in their place get significantly younger, yet don't get noticeably worse, then your not actually "even", rather your better off then you were before, because this version of the team actually has a future. Most of these players can potentially be around a long time, and many of them has the potential to mature and get better rather then only decline like KD and Beal. And we still get to look forward to seeing what the team looks like with Green as well. Plenty of intrigue for a team with no realistic championship aspirations this year.

  5. Win or lose they will put on a show every night.
It's amazing to have a center that knows wtf he's doing and where to be.
Ryan Dunn is a stud in the making.
When Jalen Green gets back we will get our first views of what exactly we have here.

  6. Gabe. I agree with what you were saying about Brooks. But in the first half Booker was getting forced off his spots allot. And Brooks seemed to be the only willing shooter to get a shot off early in the shot clock. In my book that's way better than what was going on last year where everyone was deferring to one of the 3 and they were getting the shot off late in the shot clock. Jalen will be the second option when he comes back so he will be taking those shots Brooks was taking.

But for now why not let Brooks shoot. He works super hard on defense . The key with this team and the 8 seconds or less offense is giving all the players on the court confidence to shoot it. I remember Dantoni trying to give all the players on the floor confidence to shoot it. And I felt that Brooks hit some clutch shots in that 4th quarter including those 3 free throws. I don't think Booker would have made all of those 3. So I saw some mental toughness there by Brooks that I was impressed with. Why not try to give him and all the 5 on the court confidence to shoot it. That's what it's gonna take to run that 8 seconds or less offense.😢

  7. Culture! We FINALLY have culture. There will be bumps and bruises along the way, but the foundation is being set and you can SEE the fire and grit in this squad. Culture will help us keep talent and attract more along the way.

This season is 100% about installing an identity, building on this culture and developing our young talent around Book. Barring a Cinderella Story, realistically we will make some serious noise next season. But we have a team we can cheer for and build belief in here in the Valley 🔥🙌🔥

  8. This teams best offense was played when Mark Williams and …… Collin Gillespie were on the floor together. Gillespie actually gets them into their sets using the dribble. Williams is more polished than oso right now and should be the starter

  10. Seems the suns front office learned a good lesson, keep the team homegrown and develop overtime much like the 2021 finals suns
