Chet Holmgren contributed a team-high 31 points to go with 12 rebounds 6 three pointers and 3 steals, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander of the Thunder adding an additional 30 points (12-17 FG, 2-6 3P) and 30 points in the game. Nickeil Alexander-Walker finished with a team-high 17 points along with 3 rebounds for the Hawks in the losing effort. The Thunder improve their record to 3-0 with the win, while the Hawks fall to 1-2 for the season.

One of the biggest issues I had with Chet last season was him hesitating on his 3 ball whenever a defender went to close out on him. So far this season he seems to be pulling the trigger more and his shot is looking much smoother. If he can keep up this level of performance throughout the season, Man is he gonna be a problem.
Good thing they didn’t play shai in the 4th. He has had way too many minutes to start the season
