  1. You can't call a travel on a live dribble. Jeff is correct. Until the ball stops and is under Giannis hand and he takes his gather step you can't count steps. That's the rule.

  2. So if I take one dribble, I can then take as many steps as I want as long as I can hold the ball with one hand???

  3. I think the pros would know the rules yea I know they donโ€™t call it blah blah but itโ€™s not a travel .

  4. Jeff is being dead serious, but I don't believe what he saying. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Idk shit tho, I just play 2k.
    A little bit.

  5. Jeff almost had me man for like a negative second but that slow replay makes it crazy clear, If that shit ain't a travel, it's a vacation from dribbling. I ain't hating though. I love the way Giannis Antetokounmpo plays.

  6. Big bro:You do it too
Lil bro:And you call me on it every time

  7. Man that nigha took bout 13 steps…
But even just countin three steps after the gather is a travel…you only get two steps before its travel ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฏ

  8. So what if he never put both hand tho … so a 1 hand nigga cant travel…. maaaaan yall buggin his ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฝ hand had control

  9. In literally every other level of Basketball as well as in the NBA all the way up until the last decade or so, your dribble doesn't end only when you put two hands on the ball – it's when the ball comes to rest whether that be in both hands or even in one hand. This gather step never existed in the way that it's used nowadays, nor is it a thing in HS or college, it's absolutely rediculous. This would be tantamount to the NFL suddenly allowing the QB to still throw the ball down field even if he passed the line of scrimmage. It's an significant alteration to one of the core universal rules of the game of basketball, not to mention that this is a major contributor to making the NBA completely unwatchable for me and many people like me. This is simply ridiculous to be arguing that this isn't a travel, (even with the BS modern interpretation of the "gather step" taken into account).

  10. The gather step or zero step happens when you place both hands on the ball, then you have 2 steps after that. Totally legal.

  11. Then I will just 1 hand studder step all the way down the court and not put my second hand on it ๐Ÿ˜‚

  12. Possession starts either when both hands are on the ball OR one hand is underneath the ball. His hand was on the side of the ball, so possession started when both hands were on the ball

  13. Stuff like this is why i barely watch basketball now man. The game is falling apart. Bro did a whole Bachata down the lane

  14. What if he palms the ball with 1 hand and keep running?

Based off Jeff definition, it wouldnโ€™t be traveling.

  15. Yall talm bout tht slight first step he took?? Thtts the gather he literally planted the 1-2๐Ÿ˜‚
