  1. U Kno what, the defense probably won't get better. The defense from last year was the thing that really would have put this team over the top. It's the rockets, of course they take a step back right…without it, deep playoffs probably isn't gonna happen. So sick of being disappointed by this team man.

  2. Man I am really happy to see Tari came through from that first two games. I was a little afraid after what I saw from him in those 2 games, but he bounce back!

The rest I think all good, Reed needs more time, expected. Defense is a little loose, really missed Dillon and Fred for sure. But hey, seeing Dillon taking 20+ shots over Devin Booker in Phoenix is hilarious toošŸ˜‚

  3. From management sp. Could we have get Ingram instead of kd? No emotions Here just business .. hey is amen trippin or what a Lil bit… those who saw know what I mean.. pushn out the Lil diva in him Here n there.. hope he not a sensitive cindy

  4. this game showcased the same tendencies they showed in the preseason: overall good offense, poor perimeter 3 pt defense. Having bigger but slower lineups without fred and brooks contributes to that.

  5. Offense is better because no more inefficient FVV leading the team in touches and jacking up bad shots, the team is shooting over 40% from 3pt (mainly bc of Sengun), and our FTA/FT% has been one of the best in the league. We’re finally getting the superstar whistles and respect now bc of KD. Those have nothing to do with Jalen Green man. We were 2-2 last year and JG was avg 29ppg on similar shooting splits after 4 games btw. He just struggled with consistency in Ime’s bad offensive system.

  6. I think otherwise. Udoka pinned Sengun to the top of the key as a static playmaker. This choice reduces offensive options.

  7. Hey man. Your kd disrespect defensively gotta be fact checked I’m sorry. Kd is top 3 in the whole nba currently in defensive field goal % . He’s not just MEH on defense he’s good, almost elite. People barely score on him it’s just a fact. It’s all nba defensive guys in that top 10 and he’s 3rd. Please respect his defense

  8. Cara … A defesa do perĆmetro nĆ£o existe mais , assistindo o jogo contra o Raptors fiquei desanimado, nĆ£o existe contestação nos arremessos do perĆmetro.

  9. Having a Superstar mattered the most in this particular game. Yes their defense is slightly off from last year. They need a more dependable point guard type player with Fred out. They look really good regardless. I think Durant has opened up shots for everyone else it seems. So he is key on offense.

  10. The Rockets won once again thanks to their double-big lineup, otherwise they wouldn't have won with short and sloppy players who committed 15 turnovers and allowed the opposing team to make 21 three-pointers.

The Rockets have 4 players who need to be on the court in every game: Adams, Sengun, KD and Amen, there is nothing debatable about this!

Reed and Tari were horribly bad again! Don't even think about trying to sell me them, it's pointless; I'm a Rockets fan whose trying to get rid of both!

  11. Rockets play team defense like they are above it šŸ˜‚ and that goes for everyone. Dudes were just walking into open 3s. Need someone to be step up and be more vocal. What i will say though is that you can definitely see moments where we lock in for like 2-3 min spurts and that’s good to see. I wouldn’t be surprised if this season our defense shines in the bigger games(looking forward to Nov 7).

I LOVED reeds minutes today. He definitely seems a bit more lighter on the feet more pesky. If he just made his shots today that would’ve been the most complete game we’ve seen from him imo but also you can tell raptors weren’t intentionally targeting him.

I’m honestly happy how quickly we’re seeing growth offensively. It definitely isn’t the prettiest but you can see framework is there. Today guys were moving off ball way more than majority of the games from last 2 seasons. As long as we keep that up with experience guys will start to notice how they’re bending defenses with their movement.

Anyway, good shit frank. I’m going to give these dudes time and protect my heart not try to overact too strongly šŸ˜‚. I said in the offseason it wouldn’t surprise me at all if we’re a better offense and defensively we drop off but i have to at least see us turn it on when against great teams

  12. Was waiting for the videos to drop you're my favorite rockets podcaster . I hate when reed tries to drive in the ball like bro. You're six foot.Get the f*** out of here

  13. It’s strange bc it seems like refs let other teams be physical with us up and down the court but as soon as we get physical a foul is called. The big man line up gonna give up some open 3s for the most part, good job by Adams closing out a few times last nightšŸš€

  14. Good prelim analysis over the first 4 games..but i need my Frank Film Breakdown Fix…hoping to see in the next video!…also rockets defense will get better, we have 3 replacement starters this year whereas I think the majority of the entire last season we had the most consistent starting 5 over the course of the season…offense is till clunky but the ball movement and chemistry has improved each game

  15. KD is great offensively but for the rockets to win 2 things. 1st the Rockets need to lead in the 4th to give Durant a chance to catch šŸ”„ in the 4th so the Rockets can win if they are not leading in the 4th then KD getting hot late won't be enough. 2nd KD NEEDS to play way more disciplined defensively than he did in GS in order for the Rockets to maintain their defense. Cause if you watch the Raptors game when KD get beat on D, then other Rockets have to over commit and now other Rockets men are wide open.
