Starting to get scared we might be good enough to botch the whole rebuild, but man have I loved watching our young guys play together this year. I remember watching Kess throw up 3s last year and joking it could pay off (meaning a good draft pick) – here he is averaging 75% for the year.
They lost BOTH games for just a couple of points, you want them to tank, but if they have done one more play in each game they would have won, so I do not understand your comments. they could have been 4-0. they lost this game mostly because George 6 turnovers, if he have had only half, the jazz win!! He play well but TO were really bad.
Cody looks so small out there on the court.
Bailey has -15,-16, -17 last three games . Why ?
When you are boxing correctly it takes you away from rebounding, because you are tying the hold the person you are boxing away from the rebound area. A good boxing team will have numerous balls hit the floor before they are rebounded. Aggressive guards and 3's get surprising numbers of rebounds.
I guess BBALL reference hadnt updated yet – Walker after last night is now 6-8 from 3 on the season. 75%!! 😮
At what point do we start to question Hardy's defensive strategy? Feels like we are there. Starting Flip over Hendrix is such a defensive liability. Sure, offensively they might be better, but who cares if you can't stop anyone. Giving up 79 points in the first half is NUTS. Took Hardy until the 4th quarter to make any adjustments defensively.
edit: If it's part of the tanking strategy, then great 🙂 But playing bad defensive players for their offense has become a thing with Hardy. There is even an argument to start Cody Williams over Flip based off of what we saw in the 4th.
So you want to find new spider and utah to play iso all the time? Basketball is so much more than that! You are talking all the time how we need iso player and still talking how good key is. I like key very much, dont you see that if we get ballhog Key will lose his playmaking with that. Maybe we start to trade some and try to make team around Key and Markkanen?
36 minutes, you're getting closer. When you get to 20 minutes you'll double those of us willing to willing to listen. Seriously, nothing you have to say can't be said in 10 or 15 minutes.
