Different faces, same old habits, bad roster management and the guys thay should be on the court only play after being blown out. Go find a Superstar Point Gaurd, some knock down shooters with lenght, and some young guys with some attitude to play the center position and make this an official rebuild. But this has to be done sooner rather than later and include Book in the trade before his value depreciates even more. As the teams official eader NOW (not franchise player)he is one of the main defensive liabilities and turnover players on the team and has been for three past 3 years at least. Hone in on him exclusively on the defensive end (like I have for the past 4 to 5 years) and you'll notice this dude is always sagging in like he's offering help defense, while his own man is at the 3 point line busting his A&$. What kind of franchise player is that? And now he has gotten back in the routine of whining on each and every call like in times past when the late great AL McCoy (RIP) had to call he and KD out on radio during his last year.
I've watched a lot of basketball to include this short season and we are still the most disorientated team in the league. Our starting lineup has zero chemistry and when OSO is starting over ANY other center when he can't shoot and is the smallest big on the team, AND gets out rebounded every night or doesn't even attempt to get a rebound, we stand no chance.
So logically if I am gane planning to play the SUNS, the game plan is simple, get it out of the only guys hand that can make a play for everybody else in the starting line up, that leave 3 1/2 guys who can't get their own shot and aren't even considered SHOOTERS. Grayson has a chance, but us also playing out of position because he is not a PG and has had tons of misleads over the years too, but he has hope.

Lastly, Your starting units average height is 6"5 to 6"6, that's the reason you can contest the 3, attack the basket, or get rebounds. (All your lenght and young TALENTED YOUTHFUL ENERGY is on the bench and only come in when the gane has already been determined. As far as I am concerned, the results have been determined when you roll out such a starting line up. If the coaches don't making the suggested changes, I see this team maybe winning 26 games.
Everything we have been promised so far, "we will out work every other team", "other teams won't be able to stand up to our pressure", is contrary to what has happened TO START the season. In fact, guys are throwing 360 alley hoops in the paint with our 4ft defenders standing there gazing instead of communicatiing.
The guy that everyone raves about his communication on the back side and his energy is Khaman and he's sitting over there deteriorating.
Today's comment was intentionally long, because I am tired of watching this brand of basketball in the Valley. It's my intention that eventually coach Ott will see the comments and take heed. The best decisions are uncomfortable. Don't continue to do the same thing over and over and expect a different result. We all.know what that's called.
