I'm enjoying the team so far. I definitely didn't have big expectations for this season other than a top 6 seed. Giannis is on a mission, the bronze medal this summer woke up his thirst for greatness. And he's showing everyone who is the most dominant and impactful player in the league. And seeing the rest of his teammates showing up and giving all the energy to support his efforts is just a pleasure. I can't wait for the first Giannis vs Wembanyama encounter….it will be something 😅

Austin Reaves is averaging 34 points for Luka. Stephon Castle is averaging 18 points JUST LIKE ROLLIN. Oh by the way, Chet is giving Shai 23 points and the 3rd dude is giving Shai 20 points. This team has looked fantastic so far. My only complaint is Kuzma. I'm just not seeing it with him. Defensively, he has value because of his size and versatility, but offensively, he really has an extremely limited skillset.

Last night following that win against the Knicks was a spiritual experience. I can't believe how many times I had my hands on my head screaming wow. When Rollins hit that 3 to ice the game I nearly turned off the TV because I couldn't contain myself. The fans that were disappointed with Giannis not playing were rewarded very well. Wow.

Doc Rivers sucks coaching a superteam type caliber team but we all know he can coach teams that wasn't like a superteam type levels… Just ask the Magic with just TMac as the superstar… Ask that 8th seed Clippers back in 2019 that pushed KD healthy GSW team to 6 games… He is overrated when he had so many HoF players to coach however if he only had like 1 superstar and a bunch of role players to coach, he can coach…

This bucks team is the real deal. What a performance. You can see Giannis happy for his team. Everyone stepped up.
The thing with RR is that even if his 3p doesn't fall for a night he can drive, he has midrange, floaters, he can run the floor and get hassle points and he puts his FT. He has ways to score. That makes him more reliable than a 3 and d guy.
IMO, this means he needs to be with that second team coming off the bench what a Lyft he can be almost every single night. While KPJ is out Anthony is the better option to start with Giannis, he’s actually more of a true point guar /distributor and then Rollins can come in and give you buckets off the bench.
