I think y'all done lost every game since the season started…🤔
Mac had some great fancy plays, but he needs to be more assertive on offense. He seemed hesitant with the ball at times. Sometimes you need to slow it down for a moment and read the defense. Who is guarding, location of bigs inside the paint, can you call an ISO on a hotspot area, etc. There was a play early on where he drives right, but the paint was slightly clogged, he gets bumped and throws up a crazy floater. In that situation maybe he can call an ISO and do a quick dribble and step-back mid-range shot. Aside from stength, speed, and reaction, a lot of it also IQ.
Another issue is the coaching. They need to simplify and optimize things (also according to player strengths), otherwise there is no chemistry. They have 4 guards who are doing a bunch of dribble hand-offs with each other and the bigs and it usually leads to nowhere. What’s the point of all this motion? Instead, the starting backcourt should be Mac and Quentin Jackson doing the primary primary dribbling/playmaking. Some hand-offs, P&R's and most importantly some go-to plays for their top 3 players (Siakam, Mac, Jackson). Also Huff and some other players should not be shooting so many 3's. He's good inside the paint but they need to utilize players skills properly.
