Sorry to see this happen to Trae who over the past season and the beginning of this season has been playing his best overall basketball since he got here and I hope he is on the mend soon. I 100% agree with Brad that the back-up point guard situation should have been addressed awhile back, especially after trading Kobi. Your remaining options at guard each have a part of Trae's game they can bring but not the total package that Trae has when it comes to the position. I really don't like Dyson handling the ball, he really doesn't look comfortable to me at point which he shouldn't. Keenan can do the basics at the position but he's not really breaking anyone down, the best at really doing that now is Alexander-Walker out of the remaining options. Nothing against any of them but none bring the scoring and passing threat that Trae brings. That being said, the defense will be better and to be honest, in the past the team has actually played better at times when Trae was out seemingly because they had to rely on each other so much more to work as a team. But I do think the ultimate goal for this team cannot be reached without Trae. Better this happened early in the season so he will have time to heal. This team just needs to go out, play hard as a unit and get better while Trae is out and I think playing these tough teams, win or lose will allow them to accomplish this.

it was good game happy we won didnt like the idea of putting luke kennard in at the end ik he was shooting well earlier in the game but i think mo shouldve been in for defense because luke didnt provide much there at the end and thats also when nets started cutting close too

Could the Trae.injury..,hopefully not out for too long, be a blessing in disguise? One thing is for SURE…Quin will have the opportunity to find that 5 man Trae-less rotation that CLICKS!!! Like Brad mentionned…we sure will get taller and longer. It has to be a 5 man rotation that shares the ball and plays well together on D! Which has been an issue!
Quinn finally being forced to play Mo minutes now reminds me of the time when he tried to start the season bringing Jalen off the bench, because we needed Saddiq Bey's "spacing" in the starting lineup. 😂
Dyson keeps smoking layups. He made a lot of those last year so I expect him to atleast get better at that. I don’t expect much else yet
If we kept Bufkin it would be nice to have him right now
