The Houston Rockets HUGE RISK Has Already Paid Off
The Houston Rockets took a massive risk this offseason, trading Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, and a lottery pick for Kevin Durant — and through the first five games, it’s already paying off. Houston’s offense is firing on all cylinders, led by Durant and Alperen Şengün, with the team ranking first in offensive efficiency and 3‑point shooting early in the season. The biggest question of the rebuild has been answered — the Rockets’ gamble is working.

You are accurate. KD changed the goal for playoffs, now nobody mentions , but honestly they can win the championship, Udoka and KD saw that for sure.
I think trading JG, Brooks and #10 for KD and Capella was a no brainer.
Stone thought so over a year ago when he setup this trade to happen the day before the 2024 draft and then a few months later extending JG only 3 seasons.
Stone is a GM genius.
Underrated but HUGE signing was bringing back Steven Adams dude is an offensive rebound machine
Rockets lost the 2 games by a total of 4 of 5 points.
1st in offense, 12th defense, 1st point differential
Durant has been playing the easiest basketball in his career because of Sengun.
