  1. I will say yes. I think his troubles come from that city. I think he needs a change in atmosphere. More things to do to get into trouble in Memphis than Sacramento. He also should be on the cheap. I don’t think his personal issues can’t be fixed with the right people around him. You can’t deny his talent.

  2. No way!!- we need a solid 4 or 5. I'd much rather have DeMar than deal with current Ja drama. Dude is always hurt and has been acting like a 5-year old over last few years.

  3. No way. Ja Morant is a terrible shooter and offers no floor spacing.

Two areas the Kings struggle with.

On top of it, you have constant behavior issues. Every single year, there is something going on with Ja and his behavior.

Lastly, he's always injured. To me, availability matters. The goal should be 82 plus playoffs. People don't come to NBA games to watch as a guy misses 30-50 games either due to "load management" or injuries. No, I am not saying that a guy who's injured should be playing. They shouldn't be. But damn well the load management bullshit has to go. Every other era, the greats, if they were healthy were playing at least 70 games.

This isn't a Memphis is at fault for his behavior thing. He has behaved badly in Indianapolis and Denver as well. Probably has behaved badly in most, if not all NBA cities, he just wasn't caught doing it.

He's an immature, rich wannabe gangster who happens to play basketball.

A new city isn't going to fix that.

Besides, Sacramento needs guys who can shoot the ball. Ja Morant can't do that. Look at his decline in 3pt%. Even in the mid range, he just isn't good.

Simply put, if the Kings want someone from the Grizzlies, they need to trade for JJJ.

Otherwise, we need more Keegan Murray types. Guys who play hard, can shoot and have a good character. You don't hear about Murray getting into trouble by bringing guns into Arenas. You don't hear the team suspending him for a game for behaving badly towards the coach.

The Kings need a taller team (2 SF's/1PF), not a head case who can't seem to shoot the ball outside of 8ft.

  4. Any trade involving Keon and NOT getting back a competent, defensive Power Forward is an immediate NO

  5. i said we should've tried fox for him but now wed have to give up a ton of picks. then again fox screwed us when he said he only wanted to resign with spurs
