Ya I love SB, BI, RJ and CMB.
Don't like IQ as a starting guard, would honestly rather have a defensive minded one like Jamal. Our depth at the 5 sucks and I can't figure out why our bench is not performing. Ochai and Gradey were much better last year. Walter was good in summer league but is not doing so hot now. I think it would help IQ greatly moving to 6 man and giving him more offensive load. He plays like a combo guard. He doesn't have an identity in the starting lineup. It would fix our bench depth if you put him at the 6 and moved jamal to being our PG with the starters.
WE NEED ANOTHER CENTRE ! BOBBY WEBSTER HAS TO GET HIS SHIT TOGETHER ! WE NEED ANOTHER CENTRE !
If they had better pg play and competent Center play they would really compete in the East!!!
We should try and go after Jarrett Allen , and herb jones , that would skyrocket our defense. Or we should see what the magic want for Wendall carter

I've been saying Shead is the better floor general. The offense looks seamless when hes out there. The ball moves differently and the energy feels different. IQ was good in NY as a 6th man for this reason, his contract just complicates his role.
1) Centre: I don't think we should gamble on Poeltl's health. We need another true, big centre NOW.
2) Point Guard: Try Shed at starting PG and IQ off the bench as a 2?
3) The bench (excluding CMB, Mamu, Shed and Battle): Find a way to bring Lawson and Chucky up to the bench and see who actually earns a spot.

We need an athletic big. Losing Koloko and then Chomche hurt. Let's be honest, Jak alone, especially now with the injury issues, simply won't make us noticeably any better. He's now 30 and just isn't athletic enough to compete with these young high-flying 7 footers. Unfortunately we're stuck with him😔

Quickley Dyck bad news. Rest of team great. Their 2nd line is not close. Barret has been a stud. This trade talk has been stupid. Evaluating anyone from last year is a joke. The whole team was injured. Poetl injury prone if he has to play serious time.
I know its really early but how worried should we be about Jakobe and Agbaji? They havent started well at all
this might be stupid spacing wise but i think rj and ingram are spacing good enough and im curious what will happen if we try running scottie rj ingram cmb and poetl once he gets healthy
Need a low usage point guard or put scottie as PG. If you have Scottie as PG, maybe Ochai at the 3. Rj and Ochai guarding 1 and 2, Barnes and BI at the 3 and 4. Then would need to get a shot blocking big maybe with that IQ contract
I say give Boyles a chance against the big centers. His base is unbeievably strong. I predict he shuts down Giannis next game.
Yep, on the offensive end I think there's a lot of potential with RJ, Scottie, BI and CMB + guys like Gradey, JaKobe and Ochai coming off the bench, it's a very solid group ! Just have to find the best formula and rotations but already we've seen glimpses of what they can do together. Now the most difficult part is the defensive end and so far it often seems like the players are always late or too far to defend their guy. If we can really improve defensively I believe we really have a strong team !
IQ's skillset is more geared towards being a very good 6th man or backup PG. He doesn't possess anything exceptional outside of his shot and pesky defense. Sheads mentality and skillset are built for PG. He just has to develop a reliable shot.
Meh. PG the issue that keeps rearing it's ugly head.
Pg is not it. Pls bench IQ for a few games to watch. It's a message and a character check moment.
In hockey you go to the 3rd line to just go out there simplify and stir up energy.
IQ needs to restructure his first instincts as PG. He needs to be FEED 1st instead of EAT 1st. And even when he feeds teammates he tend to focus on RJ 1st rather than the more efficient play or set up. Bench him until he makes the correction. He not playing for a contract so unless he trade bait it's not a detriment it's an investment in the team.
But then again for that contract and play Mon court I don't see him as a desired trade piece but a bad contract to take on. Rn anyways.
Let's see after 13 to 15 games in.
Start Shead. Get rid of Quickley and Poetl.
This season will help sort this roster. The glut of sg types will prove themselves one way or the other, and the herd can be thinned. Hopefully, then some balance and more time for Battle can be found.

Iq gotta go bruh. Even if he WAS shooting well , he's not great at anything. Not scoring. Not shooting. Not facilitating. Not defending. Not leading. Sure he'll pull a few passes out his ass. But he's out of control a ton. It's not a coincidence this was one of our best games offensively on the year and IQ only shot 5 times. Lol it's not rocket science. I do think bi needs to touch the ball more though. Would like his attempts to be more around the 17 to 20 range. He's by far the best most efficient scorer they have and against the teams with more premier defense on the perimeter, he's gonna need to be the one with the ball in clutch moments. Rj has been phenomenal and scottie looks to be finding his rhythm. If they as a unit can get it together on rebounds and defending the rim they'd be set
I wish we had drafted Filipowski over Mogbo. He would've been our back up Center!! I don't care if he's a weird mormon or whatever I'm sure he would've figured it out.
Cmb was holding back sengun.. it was capela and adams who came in and cooked him
I think IQ should come off the bench, go against bench guards and light em up. He’s a liability in the starting line up. I think he would flourish. Can’t wait for a healthy Jak.

I have to admit CMB getting run with Jak out looks way better than I anticipated. He’s out of position quite a bit but his hands are so damn active and the chaos he brings more than makes up for the ill positioning.
RJ is really our best player and I think it’s time to recognize that. And in the big 3 we have – he’s the engine. I think Scottie and BI are doing well but still are adjusting to the game where RJ’s was better suited for it.
I just hope Darko realizes Scottie can defend Giannis good enough. So can CMB We don’t need to double and triple every play and keep leaving guys so open for easy buckets.
If we make that change. The team even as constructed is just fine.
Hi…? CMB’s efforts did work with Wemby. He was actually the only Raptor who didn’t act afraid of him. …Yes, start Jamal Shead. He’s not always consistent, but he is highly potent☺️. Peace🌬️⛹🏽♀️.

BI has dissapointed me on defense, most of the time he over presses and gets beaten a lot. Im glad hes active on defense tho
