CLUTCH: Bam Adebayo DELIVERS Miami Heat’s BEST Win, Team OUTLASTS Clippers in Thriller

Miami Heat seize a gutsy road victory over the Los Angeles Clippers as Bam Adebayo dominates down the stretch, outplaying stars Kawhi Leonard and James Harden. With Norman Powell returning from injury and getting revenge against his former team, the Heat showcased resilience amid 18 lead changes, raising questions about whether this game marks a turning point in their season.

Wes Goldberg and David Ramil break down Miami’s defensive transformation in the second half, highlight crucial strategic adjustments by Erik Spoelstra—including opportunistic trapping and timely double teams—and debate standout performances from emerging players like Pella Larson and Khalil Ware. Analysis dives into Powell’s impact, adjustments to the starting lineup, and the broader implications for the Heat’s playoff prospects. Plus, the hosts weigh in on potential roster moves and the drama surrounding Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies. Will this win propel Miami’s momentum in the Eastern Conference?

  1. Heat still need BIGS that can shoot beyond the arc consistently. Jovic and Ware seems inconsistent.

  2. I think for the right price, you have to go in on Ja. If coaching is his concern, there’s no team coaching better than Spo and his staff. And just imagine Ja playing with a front court as talented as Bam and Ware. The athleticism, lobs, and inside scoring would be insane

  3. 💐💐 to Bam (we’ll pretend he didn’t have that flurry of God Awful turnovers that almost cost them this game
💐 to Wiggins (we’ll pretend he scored all game & not just in the 4th)

So happy for Norm in his revenge game & great job Pelle

  4. Think Pelle deserves more cookies. Yeah his numbers don’t pop out on the stat sheet but he was so vital.

  5. Thanks David for sending 2 cookies to Kelel. This team will never be a contender for a title until Ware develops into a consistent NBA center. That takes court time to grow and get NBA basketball smarts. Still think Ware can be a 20pt, 11reb 2 block guy but he needs a consistent 26 to 30 minutes to attain that level of play. 2 years from now Ware will be the best heat player (but a qualifier; only if Spo uses him right).

  6. I was sad thinking Pelle wasn’t gonna get time, I’m so happy he’s playing good
He deserved to be a first round pick, he was a steal

  7. We need to put together some win streaks all this loose 1 win 1 sht not doing it for me we have a good team still early
