How is the arena only 2/3 of the way full steam can't even sell it a home game even with $12 tickets. Ouch. I guess all the fancy lights aren't enough to help this whole team actually be excited and draw fans in and maybe balmer should pay some money under the table there so it looks like you actually have enough fans to sell up the arena

What is our offense (is it Princeton, is it motion, is it Kawhi's iso or is it give the ball to Harden and he decides what it is…does the coach have a offensive philosophy at all?)
DJJ is a solid defender but he is not a point of attack defender (thats Kris Dunn). I agree with Darian that Beal should not be starting, however the starters that would work together better to commence are Collins Zu Harden Dunn and Kawhi (better role definition and natural positional fit).
The rotations are generally poor and thr coach is not hard enough on his stars ((Kawhi Harden Zu and CP3)…i am aware that CP3 is old, but his history and established status still make him a star))
Zu has been a shell of himself in comparison to what he became last season (unless last season was an outlier). His hands are back to be bad, he is often off balance and his foundation is weak, he is slow with the ball when he gets it and he only knows to turn and hand off at the top of the key. He also cant jump to save his life and complains all the time. His paint peesence and defense is poor to start the year (is that all on Zu or is that tied to Kawhi and the rest of his teammates or primarily Harden, his lack of pace to get the offense started and or the coaching concepts being employef).. whatever the reason or reasons…those things needs to be addressed
Kawhi floating in and out of thr offense is a major concern. The lack of post entry passes, too much iso plays instead of running various actions to get a few easy baskets out of those sets. Kawhi needs to unequivocally be the first option in status, but especially in actuality, particularly plays being ran through him to create for homself and his teammates ((doesnt need to be the direct pass that leads to the score, but must be involved to initiate the first action that should lead to a decent shot attempt (hockey assist)). Too many consecutive possessions that Kawhi doesnt even touches the ball.
Harden needs to start the offense with first action with at least 18 seconds on the shot clock, then there will be sufficient time to go to second and third actions. Significantly, when Harden doesnt have tge ball he is not involved in the offense whatsoever (cant happen). We all know Harden is a great passer, however, too much careless/nonchalant and lack of awareness turnovers that appears to be no issue for him (too much of a casual approach and clearly thr coaching staff is not berating him publicly for it. .hr needs to understand by way of shame, that it is not acceptable)

The cagey behaviour with the media before and after games (does no good). Ty Lue has a resume that says champion and the media has anointed him great at in-game adjustments and as a top 5 coach for a number of years now. Please show us thst you are all that…(the core of your players remain the sane for 3 seasons now, but yet you are tinkering and using 10 to 15 games to figure out what you want to do and who you want to play and not play….i thought that was what training camp and preseason was for🤔.
Your team has issues executing in the clutch because you dont have an offensive scheme in place for anything outside of a Kawhi or Harden isolation…yes these 2 players in particular are great ido players, but if every team is aware that this is what the end of game play is, then it will be very easy to blow up…additionally, Dunn, DJJ, Batun, Zu will never be embolden to catch thr ball and score in those situations, because the are programmed to not get off shots on their own (only go catch and shoot). The offense is too predictable and that puts tok much on Kawhi and Harden (running sets for different players during the course of the game makes the team truly function as a unit and therefore will keep defenses honest (especially at the end of games and during crunch time offensive execution)).
Finally, Ty Lue's starting lineup and ritations are not the most thoughtful and the inability to recognize acknowledge and humble enough to change is costing this team the real chance to be truly great (we were cuktured to accept mediocrity, that it has sonehow become second nature to us).
This team is old and very experienced with future hall of famers, but with the proper leadership, holding all accountable and actually using our strengths, we can do sone damage.
Waiting to see what obtains going forward. The problem is not on one individual but on the collective. Each individual must look in the mirror and hold himself accountable for his role abd responsibility to this team (once that is done, we can live with any outcome)

He still refuses to start collin’s and bench beal , also he’s the cause of hardens tornovers, he made no damn adjustments in third and let the lead balloon by not makin any substitutions and our players were tired . Also not calling a timeout to draw up a play to get a better shot and winning the game . ty lue has to go ! he can have a dreamteam and still lose , we need b shaw he had us rollin . And in done with kawhi and hero ball , harden was rollin could have drew a foul and got to the line
I want to leave a very serious and unbiased comment. However, I do wanna address Big Zu, who I was VERY EXITED about going into the season. I honestly thought we would have an all-NBA player on both ends this year with Zu! The reality is that it looks like he just loaded off in the off-season, thinking that his size will be enough! If a player like Nikola Jokic thought that way, Denver would not have a title and he wouldn't have an MVP. IMO it is an NBA players job to at the very least, add another aspect to their game every summer and work even harder to improve they areas that are already considered strengths! Zu should have a few designated staff around him almost everyday feeding him the ball at different speeds and heights (in the post) to work on catching anything that comes down there. His hand/eye coordination needs to get better. His footwork needs to get better. His quickness, touch around the basket, and post up moves all need to improve! Gonna leave this alone now, but it is obvious Zu still needs work!
As for the rest of the team, they are allowed to lollygag up & down the court all game. They have it in their minds that they will shoot when open and depend on their teammates to box out and defend!!! DJJ, Dunn, & Kawhi are usually better, but even those 3 do it because of a few players are doing it, it becomes contagious! This is where Ty Lue needs to come in and put the hammer down and bench players who are playing like this!!! Even if it means losses (which is happening anyways), so be it. It will be much better for the team and the culture in the long run.
Kawhi & Harden only have this season & next to be a #1 & #2 on a serious contender! There is no more time to allow this lackluster play and failure to hustle and play team basketball!!!
P.S. That last play with Kawhi was so ugly and Miami knew that Kawhi was not gonna pass and the other Clippers stayed way too close to Kawhi. Then Kawhi figured he would just create his own shot and it was a horrible one. When you are down 1 point with a ton of time on the clock, the only thing to do is drive to the basket!!!!!

The Heat are actually way better than anyone is noticing…. This was probably the worst played game of the season for the Heat (from an entire team standpoint) and they still managed to stay in the game and pull it out in the end.
