Everyone knows it’s not the pacing, it’s the lack of size that makes playing defense difficult. Putting blame on other teams and not the 3-4 guard lineups this guy elects to run. Of course playing defense is hard when you put out a 3 guard lineup consistently as if that’s what leads to winning. I KNOW that CALLING out PLAYERS publicly is NOT Coach Kerr's STYLE and I RESPECT that. However, the PROBLEM with the DEFENSE has NOT been FATIGUE. The PROBLEM has BEEN the POINT of ATTACK DEFENSE and THAT falls ONTO our GUARDS, PARTICULARLY the YOUNGER guards!!! Our GUARDS have LOOKED confused BOTH on SWITCHING and in PRESS!!! FIX that WITH the TURNOVER issue AND we'll BE right where we NEED to BE!!!
At this point, I’m assuming Lacob is purposely paying Kerr to gaslight the team into thinking he’s trying to get them to championship. If Steph and Draymond are really as smart as everyone says they are, they can’t possibly be missing this.

Warriors are now in the tenured status quo years and are now just an entertainment enterprise like the Harlem Globetrotters. Only problem is the Harlem globetrotters were more entertaining in their later years. Warriors are a play in team right now due to the complete whiff in off season trades for athletic length and rim protection.
Steve finally addressed proper issues… DUBS couldn't defend faster teams and lost to em… Half court they are probably best(better for playoff) but in fast paced games and quicker teams they couldn't defend and lost

There used to be this rule called the 3 second dribble. You cannot hold on to the ball for more than 3 seconds and call for your screen to come over. Sometimes even wave it off and ask for a different one.
What are they playing? Turn based basketball like Final Fantasy Tactics? Or turn based soccer game like Captain Tsubasa? What's next, we get like pop up screen like American Idol to vote what Steph should do? E: By the way, why would NBA remove such a rule? Who does it benefit the most? It is not Steph, he was just an accidental beneficiary. It benefit players like Post the most. From these could you make any conclusion what happened to the NBA since 9/11?
The pace of play situation will even out eventually, so I wouldn't stress too much about it. It's early in the season and expectedly, the younger teams are running, gunning and jumping out the arenas, but they'll come back to earth in a few weeks from now. From my observation the younger guys on the team usually match the speed of the opposing teams quite well. Meshing their youth and athleticism with the vets IQ and experience is the challenge I hope we figure out quickly.
the way he was describing the "game moving faster" and not specific things to help the team is very concerning. it did not sound confident and this tells me maybe he thinks the core of the team simply cannot compete how they need to
So ridiculous… it wasn’t pace that destroyed the Warriors, Moses, GPII and Buddy can’t shoot! Steph had a lot of silly turnover, Draymond was forcing crazy passes and Jimmy isn’t getting as much elevation We had good looks in both games, just didn’t make the shot!
I think the common thread for our win streak from the end of last season and our wins this season is Mo! ^__^ i think he the glu guy that makes the first unit go, with his balance of POA defense and ability to switch from outside and inside on offense really balances the unit. Great job Mo so proud of you!
