Taking this guys point is pretty silly, it's like talking to you, no disrespect, (also you are not wrong on what we should have got) on what we should get for fox, which didn't happen, it didn't happen with Luka ect. Bane didnt have the issues teams are scared of as ja. Also Memphis tickets are crazy low right now so the asses in seats comment while I get is silly. When spears is talking to gm's and coaches and all are scared of ja id say he's got more connections than this guy
When fox asked out, tons of teams said they would be interested, Fox demand is what limited it all, not the same with ja
I don't want that guy anywhere near the kings team but knowing vivek we'll end up with him 😵💫
Ja and the grizzlies are fine in the West haha
Ja to Dallas
The kings just signed Precious Achiuwa for a one year deal. At 26 years of age center forward. I wonder how this will work out
Id give up the 2026 first and the Spurs 2027 pick swap first Monk, Derozan and Devin Carter for Morant. Absolutely nothing else
Kuminga was a miss. The 2029 unprotected first and Monk most definitely should have happened.
I actually like that deal better and now Kuminga value has significantly increased so seriously doubt that deal can still be made.
Ja Morant has to many issues , we need a stud PF
It’s pretty hilarious that this is essentially the exact same thing the Kings just went through with De’Aaron Fox. Fox was arguably the best player in Sacramento Kings history, the guy who put butts in seats for years, and local media all said that the Kings would NEVER take less than a king’s ransom. Well what happened? Couldn’t even get Stephon Castle. If the Kings or any team wants Ja Morant, we should expect a Fox like return, if not worse due to the on-court, off-court issues — not to mention they are arguably the same player.
as long as he keeps his piece in the trunk, i wouldn't mind him. i was saying we should've tried to trade fox for him last year but obviously fox made that impossible
Hey if the Kings are stupid enough to trade our star point guard for less than value Memphis could as well right?!?!? 😢😢😢😢
Other dude delusional if he thinks Ja is worth that much, Sabonis + Schroeder and a 2nd take it or leave it.
Fuck that shit. I like Ja, for who he should be, but not who he is. I don't want that dude nowhere near the Kings.
I think the last thing we need in Sacramento is a super small injury, prone hyper athletic guard that doesn’t play defense and can’t shoot and would cost us probably one of our best players and the next four years worth of first round picks… no way that being said if they could get him for cheap, I’d be all for it
This guy is so delusional like a lot of Kings fans are about the players here. Ja isn't even a top 10 PG in this league anymore and has already plateud with his skills. All I hear is IF this, IF that. Memphis can keep that undersized, no defense, no shooting, injury prone headache.
The Kings have issue. Ja has issue. It fits! Kings going to have to give up 1000 1st round picks to get him though lol.
Under no circumstances should the Kings go for Ja Morant.
1. His behavior issues. Sorry, but if Scott Perry is trying to define what Kings culture is in the long term, he can't go and acquire a player who has waved guns all over the place as well as quite on his team.
2. Ja Morant can't shoot. He's shooting like 32% from the field and 16% from 3. That's a downgrade.
3. The 2026 First round pick. If this draft class is going to rival 1984 and some other draft classes, then there is no possibility that I would give up that pick.
That pick is what would make being a lottery team worth it.
Having a core with Keegan Murray, Nique Clifford and this player likely picked in the first 8 picks, matters.
Vivek would be an idiot if he tells Scott Perry to get this guy. Granted, I can see it happening, unfortunately. I know this much, I wouldn't want to watch any Kings game as long as Ja Morant is a part of that team. I wouldn't care if he single handedly caused the Kings to go from a lottery team to a championship contender, I still wouldn't want him. I would always be waiting for the other shoe to drop with Ja. His next injury or behavior issue always around the corner.
Simply put, Ja isn't worth the headache. Especially not when the next Michael Jordan or Patrick Ewing might be available in the draft. If this class is that good, it would be a horrible idea to trade that pick.
I think it’s going to be morant and Zion swap.
Guy says Ja “puts asses in seats”, yet the Grizzlies are ranked near bottom of attendance in the league.
Why not? I mean if healthy he's a star and a game changer. Maybe a new scenery would give him a new outlook
The deal isn’t terrible if it’s just one of our picks. Mostly because I don’t trust that Ja is better than anyone we will get in the draft. Plus we would still have lavine, Keegan, Sabonis, and the rest of the crew.
Don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Noooo not to shitty Kings.
Ja to GSW 💪
I just came 2 say…
I
Don't
Want

Not

Player
No. its still just a fun make believe scenario for the Kings.
I wish we could've gotten Lauri Markkanen when he was apparently on the market. Not Morant.
