Jeff Weltman has to go. He is clueless on how to build a team. We still don't have a true PG. This team is completely lifeless.

1. The defense is gone
2. The ball movement is probably the worst in the league
3. Suggs is not a PG
4. Wendell is not a center, can't play against bigger centers and he's slow to run
5. Da Silva is the only positive note
