How worried are you about the Nets' rookies? Do you think more of them should be playing early this season?
Saraf constantly gets targeted on defense. He’s an absolute cone while not making enough impact on offense. He’s shouldn’t be starting if he’s this bad.
Worried? I hope we got 0-82. Tank for Dybantsa. If Egor stays healthy he will at the minimum be a solid rotation piece. If at least one of the other 4 rookies we drafted hit then I consider this Draft a win for us. A lot of Nets fan have extremely unrealistic expectations, we aren't going to completely change the trajectory of this team in one draft. Very few teams do.
The real question is, are there other players we could have drafted that currently look better than Nolan and Ben. Or even Egor.
If there are more than 2 or 3 then Marks needs to be held accountable for that
Yeah Clowney looks disengaged. Think he lost out the most when we jettisoned our vets that were about defense, hard work and not accepting less than excellence.
Horrible! Had their chance. Had draft picks. Blew the draft. Had cap space. Did nothing in free agency. Creating a culture of constant change, always rebuilding, mismanagement and worst of all losing. Poorly run organization. Fans, particularly season ticket holders, got screwed!
Now list all the NBA ready players that WERE there at 8. 🙄 The Nets are a laughing stock, and it starts from the top down

I think the nets have it completely backwards right now.
The rookies that are the most capable of helping the nets right now are Danny Wolf and Drake Powell yet they are being sent down to the g league. Why?!!
Well, my theory is that positionally you have sharp and Nick Claxton and Terence Mann and Noah Cloney, who get in the way minutes wise of those two rookies getting time on the floor and honestly, it’s kind of a problem.
You already very poor defensively and that’s with Claxton and Sharpe. Both don’t offering shot blocking. However Danny could offer a lot things both centers just don’t have namely playmaking and offensive versatility. Drake Powell is the most athletic guy they have and his defense would enhance the Nets.
The organization is showing no pride by tanking so if the vets are disengaged their just following the organizations lead

There's definitely some work to be done. Defensively we gotta put effort in every quarter. If there's a coach who can get the most out of these guys it's Jordi. I think with a strong push maybe and a trade for a vet…we could have balance. It's not where it's who
If your expecing this team to be competitive for the next 2 years then you haven't been paying attention. The goal is to lose. Unfortunately Jordi is a casualty in all this because he's a good HC
